She was able to schedule Eric (the younger) to come out the same day between 09:00 hrs and 13:00 hrs. Eric arrived at approximately 09:20 hrs. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue. This time, while he was running diagnostic checks to identify the issue, fortunately, the toilet clog cleared itself. He ran the check a number of times , including running the sink cold water to try to overload the waste line with water, to make sure that the clogged toilet was no longer an issue. Once he was satisfied that all was good, he let me know that the charge for today would be the general diagniostic charge of $95.00. Again, I was extremely satisfied with the entire process, from making an appointment, to Eric's arrival time, his pleasant demeanor and his professional knowledge. I would highly recomment Eric (the younger) with HEIL Plumbing for anyone who has a residential plumbing issue that they need to have addressed by a pleasant, knowledgeable professional.

The main problem and downside is that they are very expensive and overcharge. Despite the Yelp page saying that the company provides a "free estimate", I was quoted $49 for the technician to travel. In addition, if I had not chosen to go ahead with the repair, the company would have charged me an additional $150 diagnostic fee. Essentially, despite the yelp profile stating a "free estimate", it will cost you closer to $200 to get a quote. I see this as false advertisement. In addition, when the technician concluded that the problem was the capacitor, I received a final quote of $600. When I googled the price of the same capacitor online, the price range was in between 75$ - 150$. Essentially, they are charging a premium of at least $450 per replacement for a single part (capacitor). Despite their professionalism and quality work, I do not recommend this company for the reasons stated above. If price is not a concern for you, and you would rather pay twice the market value for a job then you should definitely choose them. EDIT: I actually googled the price of a capacitor and offered to buy my own. I was told that by the technician that if I purchased my own capacitor that the company would not install it. In conclusion, they did not address any of my concerns. Unfortunately, after reading the other bad reviews, there seems to be a consistent pattern of discrepancies between what they tell customers and what they instruct technicians to say on site.
