I called the office to schedule a routine servicing of our system on Friday, I spoke with Amy at the office, she offered several options for services including a simple one time service or an annual program. We were able to schedule a tech to come out on Tuesday morning. Our Tech, Craig, was prompt, courteous, and professional even through the multiple questions I asked. He took a look at our system and the area of concern we had and he gave us the news we were anticipating (that our system is running but might not have much time left in it....it's 26years old) he offered to have quote for replacement drawn up if we wanted. I thought we would have a hard time finding someone to come out since it was just starting to get cold, but Frank emailed me back quickly and set up an appointment. While he was inspecting the furnace, he also noticed our hot water heater was leaking #homeownerlife. Frank provided quotes to fix the issues.
