When we arrived, we were the only 2 clients in the space since we had the last appointments of the night. The girls working got us checked in, offered us something to drink and let us pick out our nail color from the wall. I was glad to see they offer dazzle dry since that's been my new favorite type of polish recently. Once we had our colors, the techs had us sit in the chairs and we were able to soak our feet for a bit. The bowls they use are meant to be cleaner than the traditional pedicure tubs and are easy to move around as needed. Once we had our feet soaking for a bit, the techs started to clean/scrub our feet/ankles and calves. They also provided a warm neck wrap that we could put on while relaxing. Once they are ready to start with the lotion and hot towels, they have you recline back in the chair which was so nice. My favorite part was when they did the hot stone massage on my feet/calves. Honestly, that felt so good and lasted a nice amount of time. Once all of the pampering was completed, my nail tech started to work on my toes and made sure they were getting painted correctly. She did at least 2 coats of the color along with a base coat and a top coat so I trust the color will last for a bit. We were able to remain reclined for about 10-15 minutes while our toes were drying and then the nail techs came out to check on our toes so that we could put on our flip flops and head out. The techs were so friendly and really made sure we felt good afterwards. They helped us up off our chairs and then we were able to pay before leaving. This really was such a nice experience for a pedicure. Now that I have done the basic pedicure, I may be interested in doing one of their speciality pedicure experiences next time.

I had booked a basic mani and basic pedi online but was upsold a gel manicure at the desk for $15 more (and am kinda glad I got it because I was able to do anything I wanted immediately instead of waiting for my nails to dry). The woman absentmindedly pointed me to a table of nail polish swatches where I could look at color choices. My nail technician (I think his name tag said "Ryan") got me and led me to a pedicure chair. He at first prepped for me to have a gel pedicure but I clarified that the gel was only for my fingernails. He then said I had to pick a different color for both my nails and toes -- i wanted to same color for both. He returned with new polish colors but I said that the color wasn't correct. He ARGUED that the colors he had were right and that I should trust him that it would be okay. Well, IT WASN'T. I wanted a soft coral, he applied a white-pink. It was to match my dress for a wedding. It didn't, obviously. Argh. I will never return.

When we got here the owner recognized us from my call and was so sweet and welcoming. My girls just wanted gel manicures, but I wanted a pedicure. They have several to choose from, and I went with the hydrate and moisture pedi. She sold me on it when she said it came with hot stone massage. After picking my color I sat in one of their amazing massage chairs. Loved all the settings. But of course the best was the amazing leg massage with the hot stones! Get it! The salon is very clean and relaxing. Charming decor. Overall cozy feel. (I can't stand loud noisy nail salons) The technician who did my pedicure was excellent. The only issue was at checkout she charged extra for the nail shape and I had no idea. I wish they would let you know ahead of time because it felt a little surprising and I don't want to be asking constantly while they're working on my nails. The space is decorated nice and very clean. Having made an appointment online with Kimmy for a mani/pedi, I was promptly seated in the pedicure chair. The chairs are modern and comfortable. I wasn't sure what happened with Kimmy's schedule, but someone else started my pedicure and then a 2nd person did my manicure at the same time. Definitely an efficient process which was fine. The pedicure person then handed off to Kimmy about mid-way thru. The same person did finish my manicure and did a nice job, I think his name was John. After signing in, they confirmed what services I was getting and brought me back. The person doing my nails was Paige and she couldn't have been more pleasant. There were no struggles, hesitations, or sighs. She did everything with ease and was able to mimic the design the best out of all the other salons I've been to. I was seated at a service station and then I was moved to another part of the salon. I sat and a gold small clip board was sat next to me on the table top. Finally, a nail tech by the name of Sam asked was I getting dip polish and I said not that I had an appointment with Chloe at 1pm for an acrylic nail set. A young lady at the front asked me was I "Stephanie" in which I stated my name and told them I was there for Chloe. Another young lady said I told her my name was Stephanie. Not sure why she would say that when I'm aware of my name. A short time Chole appeared and we got started on the service. I showed her the shape I wanted my nails and she nailed it. She was professional, efficient, and fast. This review is no reflection of her services but not sure if I will be back given the miscommunication in the beginning and sort of being blamed for the mishap. Was $50 for this service and it was pretty pricey for the basic type of style.
