I take all 3 of my cars to Kelly Moss (Subaru Outback, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Porsche 911) and the team treats each of the cars (and me) with care. Patrick, the service manager, provides the best and most consistent customer service experience I've ever had and my cars and I always leave happier than when we arrived. My Subi and Jeep are running well as daily drivers. I repeatedly beat the snot out of the Porsche on back roads and KMR always makes sure the 911 is ready for it. Recently had a full detail, fluids top off, and fuel system cleaning prior to winter storage; the car will be going back in the spring for oil change; planning to do some mods and paint work in the future. I recently worked with Kelly Moss on tuning and mods to a 911 Safari Conversion that they completed in 2021. The company's commitment to excellence and quality is simply unparalleled. I have had a "local" (I'm in Kansas City) shop help with some minor things on the car and they have commented multiple times what a "high end quality build" my car is and what a great job Kelly Moss did on it. We recently took our 911 to Kelly Moss Road and Race for ceramic coating and ppf correction. The whole start to finish process went so smoothly and quickly. When we purchased this vehicle we had a defect in our drivers side mirror. The defect was bad we considered buying a whole new mirror cap. The team at Kelly Moss took extra time and made the cap look like new! You would never have known there was a defect before. The car looks brand new and stunning. We seriously can not rate them high enough! Their attention to detail and quality of work they provide is like non other. Kelly Moss has done extensive work on my 1967 Corvette over the past year. My latest work was a new intake manifold gasket, front sway bar bushings and a new fuel pump seal. They charged less for far better work, saving me hundreds of dollars. They found problems that the dealership missed, corrected an inaccurate diagnosis by the dealership (two other components that did not need repair) and noticed/replaced a missing brake fluid cap that the dealership lost (when I had the car in for a brake fluid change recently). I found them to be very knowledgeable on my Corvette Z06. They were a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend them. read more

Late last year I asked the folks at Kelly Moss to install an Armytrix performance exhaust system on my Jaguar F Pace S and subsequently perform a 'chip tune' (ECU flash) so as to maximize its over-all performance. More recently I asked them to do the same thing on my Maserati Ghibli S Q4; to wit, install a full Armytrix performance exhaust system and then complete an ECU flash. I've noticed immediate improvements in both vehicles. More power, greater torque, superb mid-range punch, stronger acceleration and quicker responses. EQUALLY IMPORTANT, however, is my absolute appreciation for their professionalism and customer service; I never felt pressured to buy more product or spend more money; they quickly responded to all my questions and concerns (*and I had plenty...); and the service technicians & the service manager, Patrick Michelson, answered my endless questions...and did so patiently. I have a BMW X5, I took the vehicle to the dealership first to get an estimate, the estimate had 2 major items that needed to be repaired. A friend referred us to Kelly Moss, we got our vehicle towed from the dealership to Kelly Moss, the price for the two items to be repaired there was less actually it saved me thousands. As Patrick & the Kelly Moss crew started to do repairs to the vehicle there was more repairs that needed to be taken care of ASAP. These repairs should have been caught by the dealership when it was there, Patrick called me every step of the way during the repair of the vehicle. Amazing people that work at Kelly Moss, I cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone was there. The final outcome, the price the dealership gave me to repair two major items is the price I paid to repair 4 to 5 major items on the vehicle at Kelly Moss. I can not recommend a better company to repair your vehicle. Honestly, I have tears running down my face right now of joy as I type this review because if I would have gotten it repaired at the car dealership who knows how long my vehicle would have lasted before I would have had to get the other major repairs done. I have had Kelly Moss work on my daily Wisconsin driver which is a 2009 Volkswagen GTI for many years and they have done everything from upgrading to a tuned clutch, installed a coil over system and lowered my car to my liking. Their communication and follow up is unmatched in car service. They were constantly giving me updates and reaching out when anything was needed to be asked. They are an amazing resource for any questions you may have in upgrades or maintenance that you would like to have done to your car. They will be able to tell you the direction you should go based off of who you are as a driver and what you want to accomplish of your car whether it's your daily driver or your show car! Very disappointed. I took my '90 Porsche Cab to Kelly-Moss because my heater was blowing full-blast and I could not turn it off, or adjust it. After not hearing from them for nearly a week I called to get an update. I got the feeling they had spent very little time on the car, but the service rep told me they thought it was a failed Climate Control Unit. After several days they finally called me to say yes, in their opinion the CCU had failed, was irreparable, and that there were no replacements available. I asked them to at least disconnect the heater hose. When I picked up the car I found that they had not disconnected the hose. They told me they would keep looking for a replacement CCU. It is now several months later and I have not heard back from them. And, oh yeah, I took my Porsche to a shop in Chicago and they were able to quickly repair the CCU. read more

I've worked with KMRR on several automotive projects and they've done outstanding work. Never pushy, always insightful, with a love of cars from the front office staff to the mechanics who take the time to explain the repairs and the service completed.
