The young lady who took my order was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. What puzzled me was how quickly my food came out. By the time I put my wallet away and walked over to find a seat, my order was already ready. I initially assumed the cook had been listening as I ordered and that the freshly grilled chicken had just come off the grill, been tossed in the sauce and boxed up. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I got home about five minutes later, and the chicken was only barely warm. It tasted like it had been cooked an hour earlier and then tossed with sauce before being served to me. The rice was also very dry and clumpy instead of light and fluffy. Had the chicken been hot and the rice not clumpy , my experience would have been much better. While the customer service was excellent, the quality of the food wasn't a five star for me. I'm not sure I'll be returning.

I definitely recommend the K'Pop chicken, but both were tasty. Ingredient options are fun but REALLY fusion-y... obviously, don't come here expecting any type of authentic experience. But I did love that the options for the base include japchae, since I don't have the opportunity to order this on this side of town. They have a fair drinks selection but I wish they could add a Korean-inspired option like sikhye if they really want to keep the theme cohesive. Instead of full leaves, we were given small, inner pieces of iceberg lettuce, and it took three or four just to make a single wrap. The entrées themselves were neither particularly good nor bad--just underwhelming. In the end, we paid a lot of money for a mostly below-average meal, which was frustrating and disappointing.
