Took in my JetSki to find out what the problem was. Charge me $200 to look at my jetski .They couldn't figure out what exactly the problem was. They took apart the electrical department and did not put it back together. Parts were missing.They told me if I want them to put back the electrical system it will cost $300 and that I have to buy the parts that were missing. Bought a used motorcycle from here, had an issue with the bike starting, as this was a used as-is bike, I was concerned it was now my problem. Kelly sent a truck and trailer to pick up the bike at their expense, fixed it the right way and made sure we were happy with our purchase. This was only a $2500 used motorcycle, and they did everything to make it right. Most places would not have taken the time with a small purchase. The staff was great, Matt was there even when we had an issue. Long story short, Bike runs great, could not be happier. I cannot say enough positive about how I was treated at Kelly's. In the past, when I owned a 1500 vulcan, they took care of it and I was always happy with service. Some of the employee's bikes are parked outside along with the showroom- for-sale bikes. I was admiring one of them when an employee came out and asked me not to touch his bike. The issue is I didn't know it was his bike I thought it may have been for sale. It left a sour taste about the place and I don't appreciate some young 25~28 year old guy angry at me. If anything shouldn't the employees be parking in the back or at least not out front with the for sale bikes. If it weren't for the part I needed I would not even gone into the store. Thankfully one of the older gentlemen helped me out with the part I needed. I'm not sure if I'll have returned business there. TL:DR employees shouldn't park their bikes out front with the for sale bikes. read more

i am a first time motorcycle buyer, who knows next to nothing about them, when i approached their sales people, first of all i stood there and watched their sales people mill around, joke about while im standing there obviously needing help and not until i approached a salesman did i get any attention and even then it was negative. He asked me to sit down for a moment while he finished "something" i sat... and continued to sit for 30 minutes until he finally finished whatever he was doing. when we finally engaged in conversation he was obviously annoyed that i didnt know anything about bikes and was asking alot of questions even though i read up on them and my questions were quite specific... i was very set on purchasing a 2015 Ninja 300 from them because every review i read said that the 300 is the best entry level bike on the market. but since he had a ton of 2014 models left he wouldnt even show me a 15 and stated that "they are basically the same" which i learned is not true, the electronic systems have completely been epdated and the instrument cluster was updated, which is what drew me to the bike in the firstplace... after our brief 5 minute conversation i left without a bike because the sales man was to busy to even talk to their finance person... so i left day one without purchasing a bike from them... Day 2, i corresponded with the salesman via email while i was at work and asked if he had had a moment to run my information by the finance manager, he said quote, "no, i havent seen him yet today, when i do you'll be the first to know...." and yes the dots were included in his email. and as someone who types and reads alot of emails every day you are able to decern tone after a while, and this was an email that essentially stated, "ill get to it when i get to it now lave me alone." Day 3, i again ventured into the sales area and met with the salesman, who still had not spoken to the finance manager about me purchasing a bike... so at this point i became so frustrated, i told him i no longer wanted to purchase a bike from him and asked to speak with another salesman, to which he replied, "ok" come to find out hes the only salesman working that afternoon. so i left. without ever having spoken to a finance person 3 days of constant effort on my part and no sale was made, or even attempted. and upon further review ive decided to purchase a new 2015 Honda CBR300R because it actually fits my needs better anyways, an extra 5 mpg, $1000 less, and its not classified as a sport bike so insurence is even cheaper... Kelly's kawasaki missed out on 5000 dollars worth of business plus whatever riding gear i would have needed... #sorrynotsorry read more

Our salesman was Joey and he did an outstanding job assisting us on which side by side would meet our needs best! No high powered sales pitch, just gave us the information and showed us the side by sides and let us decide. Gary in the parts department and the two other parts guys were also really open and helpful ( bought helmets). So after highsiding my bike, I decided to take it up here to get fixed. I live in Tucson and hate all shops here so I decided to take a chance on this place. First off the damage was pretty extensive, mostly cosmetic, but some internal. The one draw back was I said I did not want to involve the insurance and just give me a quote on what it would take it to get it safe and back on the road. The first quote was an insurance quote which would have totalled the bike. After explaining my situation again and working with the shop, we got it down to a good price and the bike looking good. The work that was done was amazing, and Dave always kept in touch with me. I would call (maybe to much) and he always had time for me and was awesome. I got the bike back and you can not tell it was highsided. It may take a while to get the parts OEM, but it was worth it. For all Tucson riders, they just opens up a new shop called "Arizona Kawasaki KTM Triumph" in town, go check them out. If they are as good as Kelly's they will do you right! read more

Dave in service was AWESOME! I had no power when I exchanged my old battery for a new one. I called Kelly's and Dave said bring the jet ski in and he would see if I blew a fuse. Sure enough, that was the problem. He knew the urgency in having the jet ski fixed for the next day. I really appreciated him getting me right in and fixing the issue. He then informed me that I had a recall with a part on my ski and ordered the appropriate part. Robert the parts manager is always friendly and helpful too. He remembers his customers and goes out of his way to explain the products they have, the cost of the items and takes care of the ordering the correct product. He showed me where my jack equipment was to change a flat on my trailer and how to do it. I was talking with him about problems with my tail lights always getting burned out. He suggested I get LED waterproof trailer lights. Gary is another great staff member who is super with the customers! Robert in the service department showed me how to check my oil, showed me where the fuse is located and how the battery needs to be disconnected to prevent future fuse problems. We bought our Teryx4 here over a year and half ago. Joey and the whole team at Kelly's were awesome. We have had regular maintenance service performed there and again top notch quality service. This weekend the Teryx4 wouldn't start and so we had to hook up a battery charger to get it to start so we figured we had a bad battery. We also had a flashing light on the dash as well. We took it in for service because we didn't know if the light was due to the battery or if we had something else going on. Picked it up today (it was ready yesterday but we couldn't get there before they closed). It was only the battery. But there was no charge because it was covered under warranty!! Not even a pro-rated charge for the battery. Talk about an awesome warranty. We went with Kawasaki because of the warranty. Other manufacturers do not stand behind their products at ALL. Most warranties are not even a full year but Kawasaki has a 3 yr warranty! Best product, best service, best team! read more

These guys are total scumbags took my bike in for service for a oil change and rear brake pads left get a call from them saying I need a new chain and air filter and a full service I had gotten a full service last time I was there been only 2500 miles since long story short we get into it about it finnaly I tell them im done put my bike back together im leaving so I get my bike back and parts are missing wtf I tell them they say it was missing when it came in but didn't metion anything early about it plus it was a grommet on the inside I couldn't get to unless I took the bike apart which I have not. then I take it down the street to ride now they say nothing is wrong with the chain go figure ive been getting full service from these guys for a while I don't think they do anything but change oil when the do there full service be ware of these crooks. read more

We recently bought a teryx4 from Kellys. They gave us a great out the door price, the financing and purchase went smooth. We were going to come back in a few days to pick it up once everything was finalized. Once my husband got the call from the bank that everything was good to go, he called kellys wondering what would be a good time to come grab it since he would be in the area later. Come to find out, Kelly's shipped our brand new teryx to Costco to be put on display. Needless to say we were pretty shocked and furious that our new teryx was mistakenly taken to a costco. We argued with Kelly's about it saying they needed to right the situation and go pick it up. They claimed Costco wouldn't let them until the following day, and that we could come get it after 5pm. Ridiculous. The Teryx that we now owned we couldn't even come pick up. My husband spent all afternoon arguing with them and they finally agreed to deliver it to our home first thing in the morning. That didn't happen. It didn't arrive until the afternoon. They kept giving us the run around about what actually happened. Will not be doing business with them again. read more

Having been in the car biz I went in with some typical expectations and must say I was pleasantly surprised I met Butch (Sales) and Jimmy (F&I) great pair. I told Butch I was looking for a 14 Ninja 300 for my wife gave & him all the details then talked to JImmy and got the numbers in line for financing. I had my wife stop by after I had left so she could test fit and be sure it's what she wanted and she was surprised as was I when she went in and Butch knew who she was and even called her by name. This made a huge impression on both of us as to the attention that was paid to us as customers. Needless to say my wife is now a member of the biking community. She even made a new acquaintance and future riding buddy while there, MARY!!! Mary handled selecting & fitting my wife for her gear and gets a big thumbs up from both of us. This place is what a smaller shop should be like. When you walk in you get that "CHEERS" feeling (showing my age) where everyone knows your name. Will be doing business here in the future. read more
