Avoid at all costs! Went for dinner on a recent Saturday night at around 6:00, and we were basically the only customers in the entire restaurant. This place was most definitely surprisingly dead for a reason ... Our food took over 30 minutes to get to the table, which normally would not have been a huge deal, but seeing as we were basically the only customers in the restaurant, it felt strange that it took this long. When our food finally did arrive, it was less than appetizing. Our burgers were burnt, the fry basket had a puddle of grease at the bottom of it, etc. We most definitely will not be returning to Kelsey's on Cortez. read more

Wings are great and very big. On Thursdays they are very cheap. Service is average. Thier tvs aren't HD but overall worth a visit.

I've been trying to support this place, the food is pretty good but the service is horrible! waitress took 25 minutes to bring 2 plates of 3 tacos. there were only 7 patron inside including us. tried twice to get sour crème, finally had to ask the girl behind the bar and all I got was attitude. After they seated me they left me waiting for 10-15 minutes just to let me after they were going to refuse service because I didn't tip them the last 2 times that I went there... I didn't know that it's an obligation to tip every single time you go to an establishment.. Went tonight with family and friends and we had the absolute worst time ever!!!! Our waitress was extremely rude and 99% of the time she was no where to be found! We were stuck back in the corner as it seemed they were not willing to push 2 tables together so we were crammed into a booth. The food took well over 45 minutes and the wings were cold! I went twice on my recent visit to the area. The first night I had their wing and pitcher special. It was amazing. Some of the best wings I've ever had. The second visit was Italian night. We've had bad service before here but nothing like tonight. We arrived all together at 5:50 pm, ordered drinks and then ordered dinner at 6:00. At 6:40 we were asking where our food was and the server said "it's coming". Ten minutes later it arrived and the majority of us had cold to lukewarm meals. Two meals were sent back to be reheated. My friend and I had the parmesan steak and it was so tough we could hardly chew it but by then we just wanted to be done and out of there. One person asked to talk to the manager several times and the last request was met with "I talked to the manager and she said to just get you out of here!!!" There was another table of 8 next to us who got up and left because they saw what would be happening to them and the server actually blamed our table for driving them away. This was the worst experience we've had anywhere. We eat out with a group every Friday night but we won't be back to Kelsey's ever. read more

yes a hole in the wall i was told to try it and i did ..well dear yelp family it's not that good trust me ...don't know what the good reviews find great in the food but it's nothing to rave about ..mediocre at the very best ..i guess i should begin with the fact that the staff DOES NOT WEAR FACE MASKS ..which they should ..the bartenders have mask but its around their necks SERIOUSLY !!!!..getting back to food and drinks order a rum with coke what i got was jack daniels and coke we order food which took a long time to come given the fact that the place did not have a lot of customers..the waitress kept apologizing ...once it arrived my Mahi sandwich had no taste bland as can be ,,the wings were ok but no sauce was provided or even offered ..and finally the one that killed the entire experience the cole slaw smelled really terrible it was spoiled the manager admitted that it was left on the counter all day ..rather that having it the refrigerated.like it should be,,.she tried to make excuses for something that should not be served to customers in the first place ..does anybody in the kitchen check what they are serving before sending it out in order to avoid possible food poisoning..all in the all the feeling that we got is that nobody cares..i guess if you are drunk enough maybe you will not notice how bad the food really is . given the COVID19 outbreak and their lack of healthy guide lines and the fact they do not care about the quality of their food i would never go back !..rule # 1 in any business "a happy customer makes your checks possible ""..they serve rancid cheap tasteless food and they don't care about you as a customer ..let me ask you is this really where you want to take your family and spend your hard earned money ?? be smart go elsewhere plenty of better places than this disaster of a place ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, read more

Two stars is pushing it. I have ate there twice and will not be going back. The first experience felt like a waste. I ordered the Mahi sandwich which sounded amazing. The waitress comes back a little later and tells me they are out. So I then ordered the chicken wrap with coleslaw. I honestly think my water had more flavor than the meal did. So round one done not impressed but hey maybe it was a bad night so we tried again. Big mistake. My two hour experience consisted of horrible service which I mean the lack of. Kelsey took our order and guess didn't really care after that. We ordered 20 wings and loaded fries. An hour into it another waitress (Jill) came over and asked if we were finished. I explained we haven't even received our food yet. So thankfully Jill took Kelseys spot and we where finally served. Jill was great and apologized for the service. But after two visits it's left a bad taste in my mouth one from the food and one from the service. So save yourself a waste of time. read more

Terrible service, only 4 of us in the entire place. Our wings were mortified. Our potato skins that were loaded, were so small with barely any toppings. Our salad was a big hunk of iceberg lettuce with a few pieces of shredded cheese and that was it. Have been a regular here for the last year or so, almost every Thursday nite for wings, probably average 2 times a week. I know the owner and her family, as well as most of the servers. So there last night 11/17/2016, came in from the back and the owner says "your wife has checked in" and my wife see me and come back inside with a friend. I can see at least 2 unoccupied tables, plus a couple of booths emptied while I was standing there. A woman come in and stands behind us and I tell her we have already checked in, so she checks in with the owner, who asks "is all in your party here", ''yes'' and with that she goes outside and comes back with the rest of her family and is promptly seated. " I guess the owner can not see us, standing right in front of her ....." so my wife and I leave, never to return. This is certainly not the first time we have had bad or no service, but will definitely be the Last. read more

If your all about low prices, this is for you. We like a good deal as well but we prefer our food has some flavour. I had the lunch burger special and huber had fish and chips. BoThe were extremely greasy and tasteless. Hubs kept putting more salt and vinegar on his fish. There are o many other good restraints in this area to not bother with this one. The places met really funky as well. Might be just humid Florida, but it didn't help make my dinner more enjoyable. Won't be back and won't recommend. Sorry! read more

We stopped after a movie at about 1 PM for lunch. Prices on the menu are reasonable, mostly burgers and wings. We had a cheddar burger and chicken tacos. Burger was big, juicy, and medium rare as ordered. Chicken tacos were a little dry, but nicely seasoned and bit of salsa helped. Food took a reasonable amount of time, maybe a little long considering the place was fairly empty, but not bad. We will definitely be back! read more
