This store has really idiotic process. Over Christmas thy create a facade that they are slammed by making a long line but then you walk into the store and it's mostly empty. I just walked in and browsed and they won't let you. Sorry Kendra. The jewelry is cute but not that cute. It's a process their stores have created because I called the University store and they said they had made a line too. Shop is nice but small, if there is a crowd in the boutique, it can be hard to move around. prices are a little "pricey" but it is Southlake...and at least they give you 50% off one piece of jewelry during your birthday month. Just show the your ID.... read more

First off, I would like to thank the lovely ladies at the McKinney Ave Kendra Scott location for all the help in making my final selections!!! They were very professional and non-judgemental!! After all the money I spent, KS held a special promotion that same week and offered such an amazing deal, I kinda felt cheated!! So I figured, why not ask. I called a KS location near me and asked if I could partake in the special offer since my purchase was very recent, I spoke to Mandy, a manager at the Southlake location and she was very sweet and allowed me to come get my gift, but she assured me that this is not usually allowed, but since I was unaware of KS Wednesday specials, she would allow it this 1 time. Thank you Mandy, I appreciate your help and professionalism!!! I have to say, I love my jewelry and usually splurge on authentic pieces, but lately I've been into costume jewelry also! This is the definition of awesome customer service and how you KS as a brand can retain long term customers!!! The prices are not cheap for earrings, necklaces, and bracelets that aren't even sterling silver 925, the least you can offer is awesome customer service! So, once again, thank you! Horrible experience. I had to wait to get into KS in 45 degree weather. If that wasn't bad enough, when I went to the color bar just to ask a question, the associate started helping a girl behind me! Unreal. Apparently, you have to have makeup caked on and covered in gaudy designer duds to get any help (queue the "Pretty Woman", " I have money to spend in here!" scene) I went in to purchase a gift card, but it's beyond me why anyone likes overpriced junk jewelry made in China (but it's designed in Austin, as if that makes it somehow better) that loses its tarnish. I'd personally rather buy real jewelry that lasts, if I'm buying cheap junk, I can go to a Sam Moon or Etsy, but I'd rather my jewelry not be of the same quality that I could get at an arcade. It does turn your skin green, and I've read that their return policy is horrendous. read more

I downloaded this app specifically so I could write this review. I was very disappointed with the way that this Kendra Scottt treated me especially a girl named Kaitlyn. She made me feel like an idiot for being in the store in general. She gave me zero options as to what I could do for an exchange, birthday discount, and having a half pair (I lost one earring) she told me there was nothing they could do about my exchange or the one earring when I know that their policy says otherwise. I hope Kaitlyn is managers speak to her on how to treat A customer with just a little bit of respect I don't need much but to sit there and tell me there is nothing you can do for me and then walk away is a little absurd. read more

I'm honestly perplexed at all the bad reviews for this Kendra Scott location. I have quite an extensive collection of KS and I shop here all the time. The people who work here are always incredibly polite, patient and helpful. I was at the Southlake location over the weekend and I wanted a set of Karis rings that was sold out online. I was really bummed that I missed out on them because my daughter's name is Carys and I thought it was really fun that there was a piece of jewelry with a similar name. The salesperson called all over until she found a set in my size at another store. I was then able to complete the sale over the phone and the store is shipping it to me for free. The people who work here consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Going to KS is always a really fun experience and I absolutely love it. I'm already counting down the days till August when I can get my birthday discount. read more

Amazing service. I called every Kendra Scott in the DFW area and everyone I talked to was nice, but only one sales associate at the South Lake location actually went out of their way to really help. I was looking for some earrings that were sold out in every store in my area and online. She called around and found them for me in a different state. I've been to this location 4 times in the last 2 months for Christmas & birthday presents. These ladies are so kind & helpful.

I've had several awful experiences at this location. I live 10 minutes away and I will now gladly drive to the Plano location that is much further from me. I have to ask several times to be helped and the staff is very rude. Never shopping at this location. Such a shame, considering this reflects on the brand. read more

I have been to this store multiple times to accompany friends that have exchanged items. When my multiple of my friends have gone to do this (at different times), the items got exchanged no questions asked and with no receipt. I went in recently to exchange a necklace of my own, and was asked to verify the purchase. I couldn't and was refused an exchange. The store is inconsistent. read more

The Kendra Scott in South Lake has terrible customer service. The store is really small, so there is no excuse for a sales associate not to check in on customers. I wondered around the tiny store for almost 20 minutes without an associate making any eye contact, or at least once asking me if I needed help. Maybe they thought I couldn't afford the jewelry. Beautiful jewelry but terrible service. My husband purchased a necklace and earrings for my birthday at the Plano location--they entered information into the system in case I wanted to exchange or receive a birthday price adjustment and all I would have to do is show ID. We live near Southlake and they would not honor the birthday discount. My daughter is a KS fan and was with me. She learned a valuable lesson about service and we will continue our loyalty to Tiffany's after the way we were treated. read more

I had trouble with some items I had purchased from Kendra Scott online and they fixed everything and were very pleasant to deal with during the whole ordeal!
