I had a very concerning experience at Radiant Smiles and would strongly caution others before going here. The dental hygienist and dentist I saw at Radiant Smiles were incredibly rude and dismissive during my visit. I was told I needed a deep cleaning that would cost around $500 just to clean half of my mouth. They also told me I had two small cavities that needed fillings and warned me that my teeth could eventually fall out if I didn't address the issues. Because of how serious they made it sound, I went ahead and had the fillings done. After my visit at Radiant Smiles, something didn't sit right with me, so when I traveled home I scheduled an appointment with my regular dentist for a second opinion. My regular dentist performed a full exam including X-rays, a full cleaning, fluoride treatment, and prescribed toothpaste. After reviewing everything, they told me that I did not need a deep cleaning and that the cavities I had been told I had were not actually present and the fillings were unnecessary. Another concerning issue was that Radiant Smiles didn't even attempt to run my insurance and instead presented everything as out-of-pocket costs. I also explained on my intake paperwork and verbally that I have an autoimmune disease and that my gums were swollen because of that. Despite this, they dismissed what I told them and insisted I needed antibiotics for my gums. My regular dentist confirmed that antibiotics were not necessary. Overall, the experience felt very fear-based and untrustworthy. I left feeling pressured into procedures that were not necessary and uncomfortable with how my concerns were handled. After comparing the care I received with my long-time dentist, the difference was night and day. If you value honest dental care and transparency, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to treatment at Radiant Smiles. read more

Hi! My first visit to Radiant Smiles back in August 2024 was the best. The staff was incredible and so was Dr. Lillian Azzum. They were able to fix 2 of my teeth which needed crowns. Then in August 2025, I called the office and told them the 2 crowns now have a gap which food gets stuck in between. When I floss there is no "snap" the receptionist told me that since I was a few days after my 1 year visit/procedure, they pretty much couldn't help me and basically I was SOL. So then on March 18,2026 while flossing at night, one of the crowns fell off. I immediately contacted the office and left a message. They never called me back the next day, until I called them. I came in on March 19, 2026 at 4pm the receptionist Larissa told me that there would be no charge and they would take care of it. Sat down awaited to be called back. Adel came to get me, he showed concern and told me that he was going to take care of me. Then one of the receptionist came in and told me they need to take an X-ray and if it showed the tooth could be re cemented, they would have to charge $140. I was very upset, that they couldn't help me back in August 2025, but now they are going to make me pay for this mistake. I needed the tooth to be put back on, since I was in pain. Brianna, assistant and Dr. Lea did make me feel at ease. But still knowing I needed to pay for services I feel they should have taken care of bothered me and treating a returning customer like complete crap. I am very disappointed. Not to mention there was a gentleman behind me while I was checking in wanting to speak to someone about his refund. And he was not happy. So apparently the office is not passionate to their returning customers. My first visit back in August 2024 was stellar, I left a 5 star review not to mention I bought the entire office lunch from Chick Fil A. I don't think I will recommend this office or be returning ever. I deserve to be refunded at least half my money, if not all. I also noticed that DR Azzum and other staff I dealt with prior are no longer working here. Wonder why!! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Quizon told me I had a cavity and even claimed there was a filling on one of my teeth. They also said my teeth and gums needed treatment due to bacteria and recommended laser procedures, quoting me an extremely high cost. I was shocked because I have never had a filling in my life. It didn't feel right, so I decided to cancel my appointment--and I'm very glad I did. I went to another dentist for a second opinion, and they were honest and reassuring. They told me my teeth are healthy, I have no cavities, and I only need a deep cleaning. This experience felt very misleading and overly focused on making money. I would advise others to be cautious and consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment here. read more

Horrible service, do not go here! I went in with a toothache, Dr said I needed an extraction & to come back next week. Like, whaaat? So I went home with a toothache. And they want to charge me $400 for that extraction. Fast forward a month later for a general cleaning, they wanted to put me on a Care Credit and charge me $650 for that. Dr. Azzam has an incredibly calming and approachable manner as a dentist. She describes the dental processes, procedures, and diagnoses in lay people's terms so that it's understandable before she does anything - and during. Crystal, the dental assistant, is also very attentive and kind. They have very updated dental tech and equipment, including 360 x-rays. The dental care itself has been great, efficient, and affordable compared to other dental practices I've frequented, even with insurance. They detail your payment plan as well before they begin ANY work at all so you are aware of what the cost may be - they also offer dental payment plans via Care Credit. I originally went to Radiant Smiles on May 6th for a consultation. I was told that I needed some cavities filled and two possible crowns. We decided to go with one crown and two fillings. The other tooth that needed a crown would be monitored. I got the fillings done and had a temporary crown put in. I scheduled an appointment for the permanent crown once it was delivered to the dentist's office. Once I got to the office to have the permanent crown put in, I was told it wasn't paid for by the insurance company yet. All but, $1,800 of this was supposed to be paid for by insurance through my employer. The office then tried running my credit for several credit applications to pay for this crown so that they could "deliver" it. They told me I would be reimbursed once they were paid by the insurance company. I don't know why they didn't call me to tell me the crown wasn't paid for yet and not to come in. Now I'm on the hook with Care Credit for $670. On top of all of that I'm still having major sensitivity issues with the tooth the crown is on and one of my fillings. I addressed this and gave them a chance to correct whatever may be causing the sensitivity. I was brought in to have more adjustments done and was told to give it a couple of more weeks. That was over one month ago and my teeth still hurt. The dentist's office told me that the hold up with the insurance company is that they denied the claim. They said that this happens often and they just appeal and then the insurance company pays. This is not the case. I've contacted the insurance company, Guardian, and they told me the claim has been denied permanently. They've sent me a letter of the determination of the appeal. I've called Radiant Smiles twice to speak with Elizabeth who I've been speaking with about this, and both times I was told she was with a client and would call me back. That was over two weeks ago. No one has called me and I don't suspect they will. Now I'm going to have to go through the hassle of finding an attorney. read more

Called into the office at 9am in hopes of being seen that same morning for a simple cleaning as I was scheduled to get braces the next day. Do not ever trust this dentist practice. I lost my insurance so I tried this dentist with my state insurance. They told me I had NINE cavities on top of needing an additional 5k in random dental work done! Thankfully I knew that it didn't sound right and walked out before the doctor got to me with the paperwork. I was in the chair for 3 hours waiting for a quote as well. I was done. And guess what? He knew it was a lot that needed done, so he brought in the office manager to see how we could accomplish all of the needed work. Sam the office manager went over all the cost and discounts that he could apply. He was able to make it affordable to do some major work that needed to be done on my wife. I took my father their for new dentures; he lost the old ones. They quoted over $3000 and said his insurance would not cover this. He then went to Sunrise dental to get a second opinion. They said his insurance would cover and his cost would be $513. Sunrise requested his xrays from Radiant and was denied. I called them and they said I had to email them a form for release it would take two days to process. I did this and a week later back at Sunrise they had not received the xrays. I called Radiant they said that office was closed I'd have to try tomorrow. After literally yelling at them they sent the file. Like many people, I don't like the dentist. It makes me nervous and anxious so when it came time to find a new dentist, I did my RESEARCH and came upon Radiant Smiles. I was still nervous for my first appointment but from the moment I walked through the doors, they were warm and welcoming. The front office staff had a smile and were courteous. Once I was brought back, I worked with Sabina (? I think that's how you spell it!) and she was so funny and made me felt so welcome. Then I got to meet with Dr. Azzam. She was so nice! I knew I had some problems with my teeth but she assured me that she would help me fix any issues. She made me feel at ease and comfortable and most of all she did not make me feel bad like it was my fault as previous dentists had. She worked meticulously but also quickly because I needed to get back home at a certain time. I was never in any pain and honestly probably could have fallen asleep while getting my teeth worked on. Next I worked with Maria who fitted me for my temporary crown and scanned my teeth for a mouth guard and let me tell you MARIA IS SO GOOD at her job. She did just a great job with both procedures and reassured me at every step. Lastly, there was Sam who walked with me about how much my procedures would cost. Of course this process is always stressful but he reassured me several times that they could make it work and I would not be left paying an arm and a leg. Overall I had such a wonderful experience and I never thought I would say this but I am looking forward to my next dentist appointment! read more

First of all I'm not doing this review for a Free Whitening Kit. Personally I think they should do away with that offer! I was referred there through the VA Community Care Program for a set of Immediate and Permanent Dentures. I was seen by Dr Azzam who was extremely kind and very professional. She guided me through the entire process of the fitting and made me feel very comfortable with the end results. I was also informed that if at any time I was not pleased or needed adjustments just to make an appointment and I would be taken care of.
