We grabbed a six pack of beautifully decorated cupcakes which included red velvet, Dubai style, banana and chocolate. The cupcakes were moist and flavorful. I also picked up a small banana pudding which was so good with layers of fresh bananas and vanilla wafers. The venue also has a cupcake food truck which is available for parties and events. The shop is small but filled with a variety of treats and almost anything you can think of - ice cream, candy bars, lollipops, candy themed gifts, and drinks, as well as baked treats like cupcakes. I specifically wanted to try the cupcakes because they claimed to have a #1 best selling blue velvet cake. I ended up purchasing 2 lollipops and 2 cupcakes (blue velvet and vanilla). The blue velvet cupcake was just OK, in my opinion. The cake was soft with a nice buttercream frosting, but nothing that blew me away or stood out to me as THE best I've ever had. I did not end up eating the vanilla cupcake due to an unrelated illness later that weekend. Nonetheless, it was nice to finally try this establishment out. In terms of service, the woman who helped me was super sweet and kind. She also thanked me and wished me well upon leaving. The store itself appeared clean and organized and I really liked the variety of offerings. Some of my favorite childhood candies were readily available and overall pricing was fair. I'd return in the future for their candy selections but I don't think it would be my go-to for baked goods. Highly recommended otherwise!

I gave them 3 choices of delivery dates that would be acceptable to me. They picked Jan. 17th. They emailed me that morning to let me know that they were out of one flavor, and would deliver my cupcakes on Jan. 24th. That's today, so let the games begin... My delivery window was between 11am and 3pm. I was still waiting for my cupcakes at 3:15pm with no email or phone call from them. I emailed and was told that the driver was 7 miles away. Okay, 7 miles is gonna take what? Maybe 15 minutes. Well, 25 minutes later guess what? Still no cupcakes. I emailed again and was told that the driver would be at my location in 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went, and I think you can guess where this is going...no cupcakes. I emailed and was told that my cupcakes would be delivered to another location since I had to leave my job (my 1st location). Okay, I thought. Silly, silly me. I was told that my cupcakes would be delivered to my house ASAP. Well...if ASAP meant after 9pm, then bang up job Cupcake Heaven! Seriously dude, when the delivery came, not only did they totally screw my order and only give me 2 flavors, but these cupcakes look like they came straight from a supermarket. My advice, don't ever order from this disorganized, horribly inefficient company. If you want something mediocre, go to your local supermarket and pickup the prepackaged trash they sell there. End rant.
