So it seems like they may need to invest in more waiters. This was made all the more frustrating because it was one of my kids birthdays, which we put in our reservation note, but nothing was done to make this in any way feel special or accommodating. Overall, if you are going for the atmosphere and to have dinner, I think it is a nice restaurant given the views. But if you took this away, I would say the food and service are not up to standard.

When you're with a large group, you catch up and lose track of time. Totally understandable. But if the restaurant won't do anything to enforce it, why allow reservations at all?
