Paid $2,000 and was told it would be warrantied by the business if when hooked up there was any issues. As soon as the product was connected to gas, a strong leak was detected from the back of the gas stove connection on the unit itself. I immediately called B & R and they took zero accountability or responsibility for the issue. They stated I must then go through the manufacture's warranty to have the issue addressed. Basically they just took my money, sold me a faulty product, and then pushed it back on me to fix with the warranty company directly - which I did not have time or energy for. It took several calls to the warranty company, appointments, the rescheduling of appointments because their tech team couldn't make it out, ordering or parts with follow-up appointments to finally fix the issue. It was over the course of 2 months that I finally was able to have a working gas stove - what I had originally paid for and was promised from the beginning. B & R basically wiped their hands clean from the moment the product left their store. Would never trust them or buy from them again.

He worked very efficiently and gave me a detailed breakdown of what parts had failed, what would be involved in replacing it, how long it would take to get the needed parts, and exactly what the cost would be. When he returned with the needed parts a few days later, I asked if he could look at some issues we had with our kitchen stove, and he very kindly went over all the burners and the oven parts with me, going into the "innards" of the oven to diagnose in detail what was going on. He clearly explained what was going on with our clogged burners, clearing them on the spot, and showing me exactly what was going on with the main oven and broiler igniters (both of which clearly needed replacement; he took photos that showed exactly what was going on inside my oven). When it became clear that the broiler igniter was backordered, he went out on E-Bay to find one that could be delivered within a week. The full repair estimate was VERY reasonable and clearly conveyed to me - and it was less than half of what another appliance repair person had told us (without supporting details) when we tried to fix our stove before. I would heartily recommend OMG and their excellent tech Anton for any home appliance repairs - they're rock stars!!

I wasn't expecting to be able to get an appointment so quickly. Tristin and Gannon were the service technicians that completed the project. I needed to change one outlet to a 3-prong and had two outlets and a light switch that had stopped working and then started working about a week or so later. They replaced the outlets and, because they weren't grounded and didn't have a ground wire, they used two GFCIs to ensure safety and one regular outlets. They were very professional and personable, and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend this company for any electrical work that you need. They are prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. I will be calling them again when I figure out where I want some additional outlets and built-in lighting.
