Came here for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised! They were running a $45 dinner special (appetizer, two entrées, and dessert) celebrating 45 years -- great deal. We were greeted right away and seated immediately since it wasn't too busy. Service was attentive and friendly; our server checked in often. We started with the burrata, which was delicious -- almost filling enough on its own! For mains, we had the pesto salmon and steak frites, both tasty and nicely cooked. Only small note: it would've been nice if our appetizer plates were cleared before the entrées arrived. The space itself is super cute -- bright, airy, and cozy with an open kitchen. Perfect spot for a relaxed meal without the wait.

I've been here a few times, and the food is okay, not as good as the original location on Kerbey Lane. The eggs are pretty average and I haven't gotten them again. The one item at this location that surpassed my expectations was the Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes! They tasted just like cinnamon rolls in pancake form, and the glaze was absolutely delicious. I never would have expected something that good to come out of KLC Westlake! I also ordered the gingerbread and buttermilk pancakes, which were average. Overall, this location reminds me of average diner food.

We come here at least once a week for lunch. The food is consistently good, but what brings us back is the outside patio and fenced in playground. We've befriended a lovely server, Miranda and she is so sweet with the kids and knows our order before we ask for it. As for the food, the queso is good- pretty mild and the kids enjoy it. Can't go wrong with the breakfast tacos, my favorite being the chorizo, egg, and cheese. The Chicken tortilla soup is great, especially on a cold rainy day.

Nice ambiance with a mixture of retro and hip, and food was delicious. I ordered the Golden Glow which didn't taste too carrot and felt refreshing; I just wish portion was bigger. Texas Benedict was delicious and packed with flavor (apologies I accidentally cut into it before taking a photo). The corn bread instead of English muffins added an additional kick. The portion was much more than I expected! My only feedback was the service was a bit slow although our server was sweet there was just a lot of dead time.

A down to earth mom and pop style breakfast eatery. The interior is a bit dated and could use a refreshing. Our waitress, serving her first day exemplified professionalism and courtesy. Supersize pancakes, omelets, eggs over easy, every dish is a hungry man meal!!

    Eggs Benedict with regular bacon

My husband ordered the shredded chicken omelet and it was truly delicious! I ordered the eggs Benedict with regular bacon and it was good. Only downside was my English muffin was over toasted which made it hard and chewy on the bottom, but that was only one of them so the other one which was toasted well was very good. We brought our German shepherds with us as we just got done from a long hike and the restaurant was very friendly toward them and allowed them to lay underneath the table on their outside deck. There is a children playground area with a huge chalkboard that is pretty cool distraction for people bringing kids. Pricing is very reasonable and mimosas were strong! Love this spot

The Texas Benedict with home fries and a chai latte (Migas in the background)

Kerbey Lane was a fun brunch spot with both traditional favorites and unique options that I'd never seen anywhere else! They have a good mix of all-American, Tex-Mex, and more Euro-influenced dishes, so there's definitely something for everyone. My sister got the Migas with veggie chorizo (her go-to order), while I got the Texas Benedict. The Texas Benedict is super hearty, with a great flavor profile that combines slightly sweet cornbread with the saltiness of eggs, beef, and queso, with a little kiss of acid from the pico on top. The potatoes were very well seasoned -- no ketchup or hot sauce needed! I would definitely recommend the potatoes as your side, regardless of your entree. Kerbey Lane also stands out for having surprisingly reasonable prices in a field where a lot of brunches have gotten increasingly expensive. I really appreciate a good meal at a good price! Kerbey Lane may not be fancy, but it knows what it's about and does brunch well.

Really enjoy this great vibe Sunday join. Busy but I came here alone after dropping off my kid to my sister's place. I saddled at the counter and I got a great friendly, funny and upbeat waitress. She gave me her suggestions and also insisted on the beers (I asked). Got the beers and Cuban breakfast plus a pancake since she said it's one of the best in Austin...not sure on that but it does taste very tasty (a tat sweet for me) but I ate them all with orange juice. The Cuban is also great too, especially with the beer. It was the best 2hrs of that day.

Chicken and Pancakes in Buffalo Maple syrup.

Finallly, Austin, affordable, and pancakes all in same place. Tried their buffalo maple chicken and pancakes. Perfectly fried chicken strips and double stacked super large fluffy pancakes. I asked for buffalo maple to the side and used as a drizzle along with separate maple syrup. Cold brew ice coffee is good not great. Service was friendly. No wait with immediate seating. Ticket times respectable 10min. Pancakes are exactly what they should be. This location has vast number of booths perfect ambience for larger families. Worth finding a location in Austin, today is Westlake. Prices are terrific compared to the boutique expensive breakfast places where you're hungry an hour later.

Poppyseed French Toast Platter* Harvest Omelet
    Nicole F.

WAY WAY above and beyond service. We popped in for breakfast this morning. Initial service was wonderful - our waiter was great. We had the lemon poppy seed French toast and harvest omelet. Both were tasty and large portions. Great value. But upon paying, my bf dropped his card down between the wall and the booth. They helped him for no less than 20 minutes with various makeshift tools to get his card. Finally getting it out with the handle of an enormous spoon. Absolute 5 star treatment.

Peach cobbler short stack, eggs, bacon.
    Joy S.

I got the monthly special; peach cobbler pancakes, eggs and bacon. Bacon was on point, eggs were good and the pancakes were really good. Not too much stuff on top, which is the way I prefer. Compared to a few days ago when we came in and we're not helped, I was helped immediately, the server was amazing. It's quiet enough to read a book, which is nice - it's never quiet in any of the Kerby Lanes.

The best item we got was the steak tartare- so if you are there, try it out. The other items were under seasoned severely. Because the waiter was so not interested, I had to go grab salt myself. Very handsome man, if only he would smile. It was a Wednesday night so perhaps they were under staffed that night & really, you just never know the day someone's had. Way too citrusy oddly dressing on the Caesar. The shrimp were cooked well but the dressing was so disappointing & certainly not Caesar. (The food has never been exceptional - oh, how I wish it was good. I love seafood & it's a lovely location that I really, really want to fall in love with.) We are at the Omni about 4-5 times a year - it's beautiful - highly recommend the overall experience. For food however, do yourself a favor and head to Bob's for great food or Crenshaw's for more casual options (great fish & ships, salads with grilled shrimp & sandwiches). We both walked out saying, this is the last time because there are just so many other options nearby.

BEST PHO SOUP IN AUSTIN!!! I've been living here for 10…read moreyears and tucked away in the back of The Village at Westlake, is a FABULOUS PHO VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT CALLED LEE'S. I had no idea it was even here and I LOVE PHO. I've been under the weather with horrible allergies and I was craving a great bowl of Pho Soup, so I finally Googled "Pho in Westlake, and Lee's came up. So I called up, ordered and drove over. The ambiance is super cute and clean. THIS SOUP BLEW MY MIND!!! This soup blew anything out of the water that I have tasted in Vietnam. Healthy and hardy portion. We started off with the spring rolls. These were the freshest Spring rolls I have ever tasted, and the sauce was incredible. Then we moved onto the 1 Beef Pho and 1 Vegetable Pho that we ordered. I put some beef in the Vegetable Pho, and it tasted phenomenal. As well, I wanted to add that I don't even like tofu, but the tofu that was in the soup was so fresh and spongy. Nothing like you've ever tasted, in a fabulous, unexpected but tasty way. THE BEEF BROTH WAS AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE!!! MY NEW GO TO PHO PLACE!!! Shout out to Brittany and your take out crew/staff........for being Extremely hospitable and inviting. ONLY SUGGESTION-I've been in marketing & sales, the restaurant industry, and the hospitality industry for over 32 YEARS. Now I'm in Corporate Real Estate. I've travelled the whole world and what I am telling you is that YOU HAVE THE BEST PHO SOUP I'VE EVER TASTED.......AND I HAD NO IDEA YOU WERE EVEN THERE!!! (and I've been in Westlake for 10 years, and I drive into that parking lot, minimally 3 times a day, for one reason or another). Why is this? How come I didn't know you were there?......Besides the fact that I never googled "Pho Westlake". I'll tell you why......from my experience and expertise, it because of your signage and name. With the name "Lee's Kitchen and Cocktails", I thought you were just another Chinese restaurant, and were loyalists to Chinatown Westlake. Which leads me back to how can we fix this, and generate you more business?! I'll tell you how you do it....I like your name, but I would have your signage company make a BIG black and white, LARGE sign in Italic, that says "PHO". Then have a bowl of soup with chopsticks coming out of it. But minimally a LARGE "PHO" in writing. I'd place it to the right of LEE'S Kitchen and Cocktails. That way every one will know what you serve, when they look at your name. Then I would go on all your social media platforms and ADD "PHO" to your name. Either LEE'S PHO-Kitchen + Cocktails, or something to that effect. LEE'S Kitchen + Cocktails-PHO. Had I seen this on the wall for the last 10 years, 3 times a day, I WOULD HAVE STOPPED, COME IN, AND BEEN YOUR CUSTOMER FOR THE LAST 2 PLUS YEARS. Please take my suggestion to heart and I can't wait to see your business thrive, even more than it already is. With love, Joanne and family

Make sure you use all of the sauce though because that is where the flavor is. It also comes with a broth that is so good we just drank it straight. Honestly better than the pho broth. The dishes are thoughtfully composed, well seasoned, and always fresh. Avocado toast is usually a throwaway offering, but they do it right here, fully loaded with pesto, heirloom tomato, and a ton of avocado. There have been some recent changes that are a bummer though. I'm really sad that they seem to have taken the vegan chorizo and potato hash off the menu, which was simply the best brunch dish. Other than that consider this place an overpriced hotel cafeteria. I'd sincerely avoid this restaurant if you have literally any other choice. For starters we ordered the salumi board. Guys: 6 slices of 3 different kinds of meat with pickles isn't a shareable dish, nor should it be on any menu ever. I was astounded that the 23$ this dish cost only earned a third of the charcuterie meats kit that costs about 7$ in HEB. The deli meats weren't that good of quality, and the sad attempt at bread or crackers were either burned or soggy from pickle juice. I'm not going to rate this dish, and whoever runs this place needs to either get rid of it or make the proportions make sense. I ordered a Sicilian sandwich and my partner ordered biscuits and gravy. My Sicilian sandwich looked like the waiter ate the other half of it. Except for the fact I received a plate full of fries and 2 sad quarters of what I imagine was a reheated sandwich. I'd give this dish a 3 out of 10, with a special note that if the sandwich was an appropriate size for the price tag I would have given it a 6. But since I only received a half of my sandwich it only gets a 3. The biscuits and gravy were passable, my partner didn't have too many complaints and gave it a 6 as well. When we sat in we planned on getting a dessert but by the end of the meal we decided to look for somewhere else. In summary: DO NOT GO HERE FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS. I wouldn't come back under any circumstances, but coming for a valentines date was a huge mistake on our part. The food was equivalent to a mediocre pub at an airport with matching prices and lacking portions.

The indoor is very beautiful and smells like cinnamon and apple (a scent that I love), especially going towards the bathrooms. Theres a bar section with plenty of seating and the room inside the restaurant is overall very spacious. I didn't see much of the indoor as I decided to sit outside in the patio. Although being during the Texas summer, the patio has plenty of (very powerful) fans! The view of the green belt next to the restaurant is amazing, and there is also an outdoor bar, which gives impeccable vibes. We ordered two starters and had plenty of food! My husband ordered the Barbacoa Stackers (slow roasted barbacoa, refried black beans, Jack cheese, JAK slaw, Cotija cheese) I personally loved them! The meat was tasty and juicy, the black beans were perfectly cooked and everything was so rich in flavor. Definitely a 10/10! I ordered the Homemade Buttermilk Biscuit, served with honey & seasonal fruit flavored butter (with a side of yummy bacon) Today they had strawberry flavor, and there was even strawberry jam. I have to be honest, THE BEST biscuits I've ever had in my life! And I love me some good biscuits! They were buttery and crumbly to the right point! The strawberry butter with the strawberry jam was the perfect combo! We were told the biscuits are made fresh every morning, and I love that! It was definitely a 1000/10! We also got some chips and salsa. Chips are very crunchy, and the salsa is spicy to the right point! Now I'm building my tolerance with the spicy and this salsa was really yummy, and can build up the spice! The waiter who served it to us, brought it over in a small mason jar and emptied it in the little container for our table, which was something I've never seen done like this. Definitely appreciated it! Makes me think they make their own salsa (forgot to check on that!) They also gave us a complimentary pita bread with pimento, and it was delicious! The pita bread was very crunchy and salty to the right point! They even gifted me a portion of peach and strawberry cobbler, topped with ice cream, for my birthday and it was insane! The flavor was perfectly sweet and mixed with the ice cream was very refreshing and still warm and melting in my mouth! Probably one of the best cobblers I've ever had! And keep in mind, we got here that we weren't feeling super hungry, and yet we were able to appreciate every single bite cause it was so good!! Last but not least - Ali, our server, was incredible! She was so nice throughout the whole dining experience and made sure we had everything we needed. She was so kind to ask if I could add peach puree to my freshly squeezed lemonade (which is a 10/10), and even made sure I had plenty of strawberry butter for my biscuits. We definitely took some leftovers home and I can't wait to have the remaining biscuit in the morning!

Between the phenomenal service, the ease of catering to a big group, and the amazing food, this place is a 10 out of 10. The pimento cheese is a great touch. I personally ordered the Ruby Grilled Trout, which was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and came with the perfect garnishes. My group loved their food!!

I could tell they were relatively new but that was only because I was sitting right where they were making the drinks. A server came in to give them a compliment about a drink they had made. The customer said they made it perfectly. (I don't know which drink it was) I ordered a glass of Sauvi B and the chicken and waffles. Honestly I was a bit underwhelmed by the presentation. Right off the bat, I noticed that the waffles were very thin. They would not hold up to the sauces and the chicken. I was right. The waffles basically fell apart. They needed to be much thicker waffles to complement the chicken. They chicken was great. The sauces were delicious. I wouldn't order it again. The waffles were disappointing. It was an expensive brunch for what it was. $56 with tip (2 glasses of wine) - the food was around 18.99. The decor is nice and the people were friendly. I'd try again but with a different item.

Upon her return, we ordered the chicken fried pork chop, fried pickles, burger and fish and chips. Everything was great and flavorful. The portions were large enough to leave you full and more. The venue itself has a cool retro vibe. Clean, well lit and the noise is average. I overheard another server stating it was happy hour, but we weren't made aware. I will have to go back during happy hour to see what they have to offer, but also to try different items.

Their fried chicken sandwich was audibly crisp with fresh tomato and lettuce that I made two meals out of. To end the perfect meal... my husband actually coordinated with staff to create "Gender Reveal" pancakes! I didn't realize what they were until I got to the yummy surprise! Their cream is delicious! The pancakes were soft and sweet! The experience, unforgettable. It brought happy tears to my eyes and we really appreciate the thought and care put into our day. We will DEFINITELY be repeat customers!

I ordered the migas, and the amount of onions in the dish was overwhelming--so much so that it felt like I had ordered a plate of onions rather than migas. The masa cakes were definitely the standout item and were absolutely delicious. However, the rest of the dish fell short. The sauce was extremely rich, making it difficult to enjoy or finish the meal. That said, the restaurant itself is adorable, and our waiter was fantastic. The service and atmosphere were both great. While this breakfast wasn't a hit for me, I'll still return and stick with favorites like the fried green tomatoes and taquito salad, which were excellent during my previous visit.

The menu is full of incredible options, you're sure to find something that inspires your palate, and satisfies your belly!! Our server, Lila, is a beautiful person full of joy, and clearly loves what she does! We were there with friends, and enjoyed a beverage before ordering food; even the drink menu has something you probably haven't tried before! #GoForIt! The food is incredible, served hot and fresh. The flavors in every appetizer and entrée were pure perfection! I have never been a Salmon fan... but I LOVED their Salmon appetizer, and look forward to having it again! I don't remember what we all had, but EVERY dish was prepared to perfection and served with HEART!! It was our first time there, and we will definitely return. Thank you, Lila, for making our first visit memorable! If you're wondering if this place is worth a visit, don't think .. just go, and enjoy yourself; you'll be glad you did! I took several pics, but they were somehow deleted... bummer!

The bar definitely had plenty of TVs, so if you're sports person. You could easily catch a game while here. One of the Table tents, notified guest of a happy hour for oysters, which I'm not an oyster fan, but hey to each their own. Had to try out the clam chowder and it was one of the best clam chowder I've had quite some time. You could easily taste the clams at a really nice consistency not too thin, not too thick and I didn't even have to add any salt to it. It was just really tasty. When the clam trotter was delivered, I happened to look at what other plates were on the serving tray ready to go out in one of them happen to be this phenomenal salmon dish. I asked the gentleman what it was and he said it was his favorite dish on the menu, so of course had to try it the salmon dish absolutely out of this world the glaze on it side. It came with it. Everything just fit really well together and y'all that plate was clean by the time it went back. This place is definitely on my shortlist as I really would like to try some of their other plates again that salmon and the clam chowder really made an impression and highly rate this place if you're looking for a good seafood place in Austin. The vibe of the restaurant was laid-back, but also very open, clean setting clean lines plenty of light and they even had really clean restrooms. The staff also was very pleasant and friendly with every one I interacted with.
