Diabetics rejoice! Keto Katz is spectacular. As a diabetic, I craved a little something sweet along with my regular diet, so I asked Goggle where I could find zero sugar low carb desserts. Keto Katz showed up (with great reviews) and I went there last Thursday. I bought the cheesecake brownies, peanut butter cookies, and lasagna. Every item tasted great. And the biggest part was that after eating a portion of each my glucose stayed flatlined at 105 (I wear a CGM), no spikes. I'm going back this week when they reopen to try other items. If you eat low carb, or Keto, this is the place for you! Great place to stop and pick up some grab & go items to keep in the fridge when you don't feel like cooking. I absolutely love their pizza and lasagna. The cauliflower potato salad and the loaded cauliflower casserole are excellent too. Lots of sweet treats to choose from too! My obsession!!! This is the greatest bakery of my life!!! Everything is absolutely delicious and so fresh and gourmet. I originally tried it out just desperate for some keto desserts. I didn't have high hopes because of past experiences elsewhere with other brands/ businesses. I was AMAZED and quite honestly STUNNED at how phenomenal the items were : carrot cake - the delicious cake but also the frosting !!!?? Magical!! chocolate chip cookies , divine!!! I thought I'd never find delicious keto replacements for my fave desserts . So their bagels are also incredible. I toast mine with cream cheese it honestly tastes the same if not better than a regular bagel!! And I feel great on keto so to have the best of both worlds is a dream. Hidden gem alert! If you are watching your gluten, sugar, or other intake of unhealthy ingredients, Keto Katz is a treasure! Picked up a birthday cheesecake for my husband (who is currently following the keto diet), and he liked it. I had a tiny bite, it didn't exactly taste like cheesecake, but it definitely didn't taste bad. Pros - So many GF, keto goods in one place! Not just desserts, but food like pizza and lasagna, making it more accessible for those that need those diets. - PRICE! My jaw nearly hit the floor with how affordable it was! A similar product would be nearly twice as much elsewhere. - Website lists the nutrition labels and ingredients of many of the products, which made it helpful to select an item! Cons - Availability of items on site. Maybe I missed the info, but the cheesecake we were planning to pick up was not on the shelf. Though it's amazing there is this large of selection of keto treats, it was a bit of a bummer. - Sugar alcohols. I get that many keto recipes use them, however, I do not tolerate them well. Since this was my husband's birthday "cake" he was the only one that consumed the cheesecake. Surprisingly, it treated him better than most items with sugar alcohols. I prefer not to consume them if I have the choice. So happy to have discovered Keto Katz Bakery! Will try to order ahead of time the items we want the most, though in store has a wide selection. If it were me, I would have taken the Yule log, or the gingerbread cheesecake or pumpkin cheesecake. :) read more

Cute little place that's easy to miss when you drive by it. The products are kept in a fridge and you pick out what you want. Only 1-2 people are really able to make selections at the same time. I would love to see the inside of this place look like a real bakery rather than the fridge. Since this is a specialty bakery, it is expensive. I always want to try things to see if I like it, but basically you have to buy in bulk. For example, I have to buy 4 cupcakes for $20, so it's a waste of money if I end up not liking it. I'd LOVE the option to make my own box so I can select one of each item I want to try. I'd be stopping by a lot more often if I had this option! Lots of unique and creative options, but they are hit or miss for me. Some of the bread-type products, like the pizza or cakes, gives me awful heartburn. Not sure what the ingredient is they use that does it to me, but it happens often so unfortunately I can't indulge in those items. I absolutely love their pumpkin pie and chocolate mousse pie around the holidays. The birthday cake whoopies are pretty solid. Everything else is hit or miss for me, like I said. Service is always friendly. The owners are passionate about their work, which I appreciate. You can tell everything is made with love. There aren't really any other keto bakeries around so this is a gem! read more

I wish I would have visited two and a half years ago when they first opened. We tried the pizza and the cauliflower " Potato" Salad. For the sweet side we tried the cheesecake with caramel sauce and a banana parfeit. Everything was absolutely wonderful and delicious! Thank you for making wonderful and healthy food! My Sister & i stopped by the bakery yesterday after reading about the ladies in an article. I wanted to see this Bakery, so I was curious. I bought the bumpy cake and cauliflower potato salad (Much better tasting then the way I make it). We also bought the candied pecans. Everything was very good. Just love this place! I wish now they'd become a sitdown or fast food restaurant. The Birthday cakes look amazing. I hope to get one for my birthday next year. Keto works for certain people like me, and also I think the insulin resistant or diabetitic people would love this as well. Gotta get the word out. I will surely be back! 100% worth the drive but even better they opened a second location in Rochester! Savory and sweet there is something for everyone. So much to still try but love the bagels, pizza, katalong, cinnamon rolls, cake pops and cheesecakes! Next on my list is the lasagna and cake! read more

Very expensive but very nice! Can't make cinnamon Keto rolls even if my life depended on it so this was great! Won't be going here again though because spending 50 dollars on 3 items (pan cake, cinnamon rolls and 5 pumpkin whoopi pies) is kind of pricy for a college student. read more

The food is outstanding!!!! I'm diabetic and try as best as I can to do the keto diet. Just had the pizza and blueberry muffins. I'm taking the snickers pan to my weekly card and game night with my kids. Worth every penny I spent and I recommend Keto Katz. The ladies are very friendly and treat customer with great service. I ordered thru Uber and they were out of the brownies but Anna called me personally and suggested the snicker desert witch is really yummy. Wish they had a location next to my home.....lol!
