Since most of the issues are conditions I just have to live with, I have in recent years treated myself with OTC remedies and such. But the issues finally piled up to the point that I needed to see an ENT. My previous ENT, who was wonderful, had become so busy, I would't be able to get in to see him for almost three months. So I have begun looking for someone with a more open schedule. I read about Dr. Wyatt and saw good things written about him, so I checked with my PCP and he referred me to him, got me in in about two weeks and today was my big day. I filled out the paperwork in about 25 minutes, which was the most detailed I remember ever seeing, and went to the office , arriving about 15 minutes early. Upon checking in, I was given two additional forms by the receptionist, which had to do with several unscheduled procedures that might have to be performed during any given visit if the doctor considered them medically necessary. I was instructed to authorize the doctor to perform these procedures before I had even met him. When I asked the receptionist if that was their usual protocol, she said, I'm sorry, but you were here just fifteen minutes before your appointment. We don't have time for questions like this right now. We will have to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you want discussions about things like that. I was taken aback, but I really wanted to be seen, so I took a little bit different line of questioning and said, "Well, could you at least give me a ballpark figure about what these procedures might cost me (after Medicare and BC/BS)? I don't feel comfortable authorizing charges for unknown procedures when the staff cannot even estimate what the charges might be. It seemed like I was walking in to a used car dealership and asked to sign a sales contract for an unknown car at an unknown sales price with undetermined terms. I could go on, but I won't. And neither will I return to his office.

I have also had a VERY complicated sinus surgery with this practice combined with a rhinoplasty to reset my nose from a fall, and I could not be more thrilled with the results and thorough care prior and post-op. I highly recommend, Dr. Wyll and Dr. Pero at North Dallas ENT!

As far as quality of care, Dr. Gamble was arrogant and insulting to me. I told him I had sleep apnea and asked if the breathing machine could be causing the irritation and bleeding I was having. The inside of my nose was raw and I had tiny pieces of what appeared to be cartilage in the blood. He told me to stop picking my nose and use a cream he prescribed. I don't pick my nose but I did use the cream according to his directions. I returned for follow up with my husband to let him see that his suggestions were not working. He spoke to me in a very condescending manner and insulted me by insisting that I was picking my nose. At the time of the second visit, I no longer had insurance, being in a waiting period for new insurance. By this time I was having considerable pain and there seemed to be a lot of erosion in my left nostril. He said I would need surgery but we would have to wait until my insurance "kicked in". He was very cavalier, as if it was my problem and refused to put me on a payment plan. I went to another ENT in Frisco who determined that I needed nasal reconstruction. He performed the surgery and found a polyp which he biopsied. It was cancerous. I had radiation treatment and follow-up. Thankfully, I left Dr.Gamble and sought out another doctor. Who needs an arrogant, insulting, and disinterested doctor like Dr. Gamble? I have healed and have checkups to stay healthy.

Great Doctors but staffing & administration woefully lacking. Getting through on the phone always…read moremeans they'll call you back and that takes awhile, perhaps understaffed, maybe still blaming Covid? There is little sense of urgency and concern for patient pain and care by a staff that might as well be working for a car dealer. If your an established patient with a problem or just needing to talk to a nurse, an appointment could still take a month and nurses rarely return calls. Possible their not getting messages. This is a prime example of a company that has grown so fast as to outrun their supply lines. My guess was that Private Equity was involved which usually means growth at the expense of customer service. Turns out in 2001three ENT firms joined forces to create one giant practice; that explains the staffing and customer service short comings. Judging by the last 10 YELP reviews, 8 being one star, I'm not the only person with a problem. Darn shame, mostly good doctors.

**Title: Frustrating and Unethical Billing Practices - A Customer's Worst Experience**…read more I have visited your office multiple times, and at check-out, I was always told, **"Oh, you're good to go."** Whenever I asked, **"What do I owe?"** the response was always, **"It has been billed to your insurance."** I trusted this process and moved on. Then, out of nowhere, I received a bill that was **120+ days past due**, demanding payment. I was shocked but didn't hesitate--I immediately started making monthly payments. At a recent office visit, for the first time ever, I was actually told the balance I owed. I paid for that visit on the spot. But was it even billed to my insurance? I checked my claim statement and saw nothing. To make matters worse, despite my consistent payments, my balance was sent to a **collection agency.** This billing system is completely broken. You have failed me as a customer, and I will never return. I have called repeatedly with no response, no resolution--just silence. This is by far the worst medical practice I have dealt with in years. It feels like a **chop shop--pushing patients through, collecting payments, filing false collection claims, and moving on.** Absolutely unacceptable.

I have paid 30k to fix my nose with Saman. I remember sitting alone in the bed waiting to go to operating room and Dr Saman said he was gonna give me a small nose and fix it. It's now been two years and I still wish I would've never gone to him and that I would've done more research. He did NOT deliver like he said he would. Since the day my cast/tape came off the nose, you could immediately tell the bridge of my nose is not straight and has a bubble/bump on it due to needing to put a graft and til this day is still there and more noticeable. It just gets worse in time. I did not have a follow up with Dr Saman until about a year after getting me nose done because since the day the tape came off up until now I've felt so unhappy and depressed with my nose. All I want to do is be home and not be seen. When I saw him for the follow up he kept putting it on me. Blaming me. "Your nose is so thick, ugh thick noses *sigh* and only offered to inject my nose thinking it was gonna do anything AND IT DID NOT MY NOSE IS MORE SWOLLEN AND UGLY NOW. Please take my advice and just love yourself. Don't change anything. and if you do decide to then please please please do your research when finding a doctor for any kind of surgery because he does not care. All these doctors see is money and boom on to the next. Saman will blame you and not be willing to fix the issue even after you spent all your hard working money on something that should've brought happiness. Instead I sit here and cry everyday about my nose because I now cannot afford to fix this again and constantly think about how Saman is an amazing doctor and delivers great results but when it came to me he didn't care and just did whatever.

I would like to start this review by stating that I have a disfigured result from rhinoplasty…read morerevision surgery February 2022 with Dr. Colin Pero. I am just writing my review in 2025 because I was still under his care, post-surgery visits until March 2025 when I stopped because my nose was not improving it was looking worse. Dr. Pero said rhinoplasty revisions take longer to heal so I trusted him. I was getting steroid shots administered; the last steroid shot was in March 2025. In my opinion, I was given steroid shots to appease me. Dr. Pero did not take pictures to track progress during my office visits while administering steroid shots. I was never told that I could have a negative outcome from the rhinoplasty revision during any office visit or before surgery. I have a disfigured, curved nose, and loss of upper lip muscle. The surgery was a revision of his own work, rhinoplasty in 2018. The revision was supposed to only correct the tip area because it did not hold its shape. I have had consultations with top plastic surgeons in Dallas and Beverly Hills, and they do not want to touch my nose because of the disfigurement. I appreciate their honesty and transparency during the consultations. I was glad to receive confirmation that my radixx (bridge) area was changed during Dr. Pero's rhinoplasty revision that altered my appearance. I do not know what my next steps are on this journey; however, I plan to share my journey publicly on my social media platforms where I can say and show more. I'm not alone, I saw a review, posted 10 months ago on Yelp stating "The rhinoplasty was also a complete failure. He made my nose huge, crooked, and deformed." See photos I have edited my review to include the following after Dr. Pero's reply. I would like to reiterate that I was never informed of a possible negative outcome during consultation or before surgery. During a phone conversation with Dr. Pero after I stopped going to him, he stated that "he made aware of the risk before I went under for surgery but they give me something that makes you forget Retrograde, it makes you forget the last five minutes". I can prove what I am stating. I would also like to state that I had a rhinoplasty in 2012 because I wanted the hump removed in my nose. In 2018, I was recommended to Dr. Pero for deviated nasal septum surgery and elected to have rhinoplasty. I did not go to Dr. Pero to correct a previous surgery. I will share prior photos when sharing my journey publicly on my social media platforms. Melanie Monroe

I can no longer breath through my nose or even feel air any more and my nose and throat are completely dry. I cannot sleep more than 2 hours at a time because my body can't sense the air when i breath through my nose. My quality of life is terrible because of the over reduction of my turbinates. The rhinoplasty was also a complete failure. He made my nose huge, crooked and deformed. The grafts he placed to fix the nasal valve collapse are misplaced and too thick. You can see every graft through my skin. I hate to go out any more and pictures are awful. Avoid this doctor at all costs and don't belive him when he tells you he can give a beautiful outcome for rhinoplasty.
