Two years ago my dad bought a 1997 Chevy suburban from this place, it was 11,800k, and he was to…read morepay it off. The car came to him completely disgusting. It was not detailed, there were coffee stains and spots all over the console and floors, it hadn't even been properly vacuumed, if at all. There were cigarette ashes in the tray, burn marks on the seats, doritos crumbs in the back seats, and a general terrible smell of old soda, coffee, and cigarettes. After paying ten thousand on it, he wasn't sure he wanted to keep it anymore(don't ask me) and so I proposed to finish paying the rest off and buying it from him. After haggling with Saieed, the dealer, he agreed that I could pay 1300, 1000 that night he would run on my card, and then the next day the other 300. He ran the 1000 immediately, but he took an entire week to run the last 300. Each day I would either call, or text him about doing so, and he would promise he would do it, and then not. We needed to have the title that week so my dad and I could resume our remodeling job and register the vehicle, and he promised that he would send the title immediately via certified mail. After a week of hounding him to send the title, he finally claimed, to my father, that he had sent it. 2 weeks of not getting any mail go by, all the while I call him or text him almost daily, asking how this is even possible, if he mailed it certified. At one point he yelled at me, snapping and saying it could take ten days, it could be sent back to them, it could be lost in the mail, and that he had no way of tracking it, even though he said it had been sent certified. Then, because I thought that the title was lost, I began to prepare for a lost title, and had them fax over whatever paperwork they had, so I could do so. They faxed only a one sided part of the title, no bill of sale paperwork, no lean release paperwork, or anything, even though that is what I asked for. Finally, after achieving absolutely nothing at the DMV, save learning they hadn't yet released the lean, my father manages to talk to a secretary that works there, instead of Saieed. She looks into things, and discovers the title was never even sent, and it is still sitting there in the vehicle's folder. My dad and I drive all the way up from Colorado Springs, to Denver, to go pick it up, because we are not chancing the mail at this point. When we get there, the place is a disaster. It is inside of a tiny building, with old hair covered chairs, various kinds of file cabinets, and paperwork stacked haphazardly about. When we announce why we are there, we are told the woman who knows where our title is, is at a doctor's appointment. The other two women who work there, are frantically rifling through random stacks of paperwork and file cabinets, attempting to find our title. They are calling the woman on her break, leaving texts and voicemails, and then at one point telling us they think she mailed it. Saieed comes out at one point, makes a quick note of our presence, and then goes back into his office. Finally, after about ten minutes, the girl in her doctors appointment rushes in and says: "The people with the title! Where are they?" While she is getting the paperwork, we once again see Saieed, the manager of the place, and my father casually asks him what happened to his other employee, enquiring about the man by name. Saieed just says, "I fired him!" cheerfully. This would be the 4th person that Saieed has fired, from his accounting department, in the past two years. After we finally get the title, we go to the DMV to get temporary tags, and after waiting about 45 minutes, learn that they never released the lean, and that someone has to sign the title saying so. We then have to go all the way back to Econo and get someone to do so. Saieed has left on lunch, and his secretary has no idea if she is supposed to sign it, to release it, or even where she is supposed to sign it. She calls Saieed 3 times, and finally gets through to him so she can ask him if she is allowed to sign it, and where. Finally... It is over, and they release the lean. All and all we lost almost a month of work, and had many headaches and angry customers to contend with, simply because of the incompetency of Econo Auto Sales. I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs, and finding somewhere less sleazy and incompetent.

Selling my vehicle to Carvana was incredibly easy and stress-free…read more The initial offer was exactly what I was hoping for. They did reduce it by $300 after inspecting the hail damage (fair enough), but even then it still met my goal and what I realistically expected for the car. The pickup agent was kind, professional, and very organized. He called 30 minutes before arriving, showed up exactly when he said he would, completed the inspection using the Carvana survey, presented the updated offer, and had me sign the revised paperwork on the spot. The bank wire was sent immediately, and I received confirmation from both Carvana and my bank that the money was on its way. The entire process took about 30 minutes total and required maybe two minutes of my actual time. No dealership, no waiting around, no pressure. After the pickup, I asked if I had needed to clean the car beforehand. Turns out I didn't. I had spent three hours cleaning it for no reason -- so learn from me and don't stress about needing to clean it.. The convenience and peace of mind were amazing. I'd absolutely use Carvana again. Thanks Carvana

This was an emotional sale due to a death very recently, and without knowing that they were so nice, patient and helpful. Most everything was done on line and over the phone. 15 min sale/pickup to finalize. Had I known this is how it could be I would only have gone thru them. True to their word, money in the bank 2 business days. I am so thankful. I have and will recommend them.
