The only downside was the replacement key that I had didn't have a battery so he charged me $10 for a new one. It took no more than 20 mins to cut and program my new key. Oscar is incredibly kind and polite, arrives in a timely manner and is very professional. The service he did for me was cutting off my u-lock. First he tried to reset the combo - which I was already impressed with cause out of the 2938583 I called - everyone said it was not possible. Oscar assured me that it was definitely possible however my u-lock was jammed and needed to be cut off. The service cost $55, which is INCREDIBLE. It's usually around $100. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the boss. The person that was sent out was great and came quickly and that's why I left it at 2 stars and not 1. I called in the guy and told him I need a bolt cut. Simple 5 second procedure. I tried asking him for a quote and he was very shady over the phone on giving me a quote then said 55$. When the man arrived he quickly cut the bolt and when we went to pay him the 55$ I had ready for him he tells me it's 125$. So I call the main number and talk to the boss and his voice is rude and threatening. We get in an instant argument about the situation as he is trying to snake me. He threatens to call the police on me LOL and hangs up the phone. The guy in front of us then told me let's meet in the middle 75$ and I agreed to get this crap out the way.
