Overall, would not recommend. Shady, pushy, non-responsive and overpriced for service…read more I called asking for an estimate to change my locks to one key. I described what I had and what I wanted and was told that a locksmith would need to come out to give an estimate. I also asked to take the locks into the location, since they locks were new and still packaged. The service agent on the phone said their location is under renovation, so they had to send a locksmith. It was very pushed to send a locksmith out to get an estimate and not once was anything mentioned about a service fee to do that. The locksmith that came out was fine, he was polite but also very pushy and came across as trying to get as much money as possible. He told me that the old lock in my door couldn't be removed (incorrect, I later got it out by watching a YouTube video and popped it out). He then quoted me $85 per lock and I needed 4 locks (3 key systems) adjusted to one key. This was way out of my current comfortable spending range so I declined and told him I would call back once I was ready. He then charged me $50 for a "service fee." I was very taken aback, as I was never once told leading up to this point that there would be a charge for an estimate. I wish I had declined to pay in the moment but was very uncomfortable and surprised. I also was alone in my home (all females will understand) and didn't want to have a confrontation. I feel this was a very shady business practice and I feel scammed. It is not the customers fault they do not have a store to bring the locks into and have to send someone out. They are also not responsive, as I gave my feedback afterwards in their survey they send and have not heard back. I explained all this and asked for my money back and have not heard back. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else.
