Jim is the Key Master from the Matrix. He just replaced all the locks on a new home we purchased…read more He fixed a sticky front door that now closes w/out effort. He fixed a side metal gate that was basically welded shut due to contractors improperly installing the lock by busting out a diamond drill and resizing the bolt hole on the gate. We now have one master key for all home doors + 2 doors on an office attached to the garage and all gates (including a weather proof padlock he included for the gate to the driveway). ONE key for all locks on the property! A master key from the key master. AND he included 4 gardener keys (that he stamped w/ a 'G') that only open the gates and the padlock. A wizard and a master craftsman. Jim and his wife, Eng, are lovely and engaging and true lock professionals. Buy yourself some peace of mind for your home and hire Jim and Eng to install secure locks w/ professionalism and charm.
