Receptionists seem to rarely be at the desk which is a minor inconvenience. I got a facial from Lisa with disastrous results - painful peeling skin and a red rash. I was offered a full refund which was awesome but Lisa had no idea what she put on me despite noting during treatment that I was having a bad reaction to something she put on my face. She then sent me home with the same product she said might have caused all of this in the first place. I think the professionalism and sense of responsibility as a healer wasn't there. I would not go to Lisa for a facial - she's really nice but you want someone who knows what she puts on your face and notes if you have a bad reaction, and shows up on time (she's been late every time I went to see her).
