Pizza was great, restaurant was clean. We did not have to wait long for our pizza. Pizza was cooked to perfection. Good for kids, not to busy I have it three stars because they seemed a bit understaffed. There was one employee working the floor and we were not asked once if we needed anything else. It was to the point when we were finished eating I had to go to the counter to pay for our food. She said she was suppose to bring our check to us, but she did not. The salad bar was good. The only complaint is none of the dressings are labeled and when I asked if any were fat free or "lite" dressings the waitress said no. I will know next time to bring my own dressing. read more

Haven't had Pizza Hut in years. Received a gift card so we needed to try it out. Ordered family size pizza, some wings and dessert pizza. Surprised that it came to 70.00, but I guess that's the going rate. Nothing surprising about the food. It was as I remembered. Wings were pretty tasty. They come regular and boneless. I picked up a pizza in Airway a few weeks ago when the air conditioner was out at their store. When I got home you could tell that they had pushed the pizza through the oven to get it out because when I got it home the dough was half raw and inedible. We wrote it off as a rough night at Pizza Hut and didn't bother asking for a refund or replacement. We thought we'd try it again so we ordered delivery. We specifically asked if it would be delivered by Door Dash and told them if so that we'd pass on placing an order. They assured us it would be their driver. We got a $30.00 what was supposed to be a Super Supreme pizza that barely had any sauce, or toppings other than cheese pepperoni and onions. We knew it was supposed to pass as a Super supreme because it had 7 or 8 very small shreds of green pepper on a large pie. Now back to Door Dash. Guess who delivered a $30.00 absolutely horrible pizza; it was Door Dash. Still not sure how much of that $30.00 went to Door Dash and how much went to Jabba the Hutt. Bottom line we got a second turd pie from these folks. The owners better get their sh!+ togeather and figure things out. Pizza Hutt Corporate's Franchise Manager best look into this outfit's poor performance. I've already written a book here so I won't include comments from friends and neighbors about this store, but The Hutt's management should step up or step away. Very poor product. If I could give less stars I would. I tried to order delivery and the cashier could not find my address, despite living less than 4 miles from their location. When he "put me on hold" to talk to his manager, HE DIDN'T EVEN MUTE THE PHONE!! Not only is it rude but it makes them look incredibly unintelligent. Then again, you don't tend to find brain surgeons working there. Get an actual map in your store and maybe you'll be able to find your way out of a paper bag! Don't bother wasting your time with this location. Go to McDonald's: you'll end up with better customer service. Edit: I went in to get dinner instead, as everyone wanted pizza. I had to wait to be helped, despite a nearly empty dining room and 5+ workers in the back. Then the manager finally explained that we were just off the delivery route. First off I ordered 2 large stuff crust pizzas (1-pepperoni, jalapenos and black olives 1- bbq sauce, burger, bacon and mushroom), 8 burnin hot wings and 8 teriyaki wings for $50 ... The teriyaki wings were gross.. Tasted like they were seasoned with a ramen noodle packet and bbq sauce and came to me cold.. That alone i could have brushed off however the pepperoni pizza had 2 jalapenos on the whole thing which to me was not okay BUT THE BBQ PIZZA!!! OMG.. It was cold.. No sauce, thin crust, barely any cheese if any at all in the crust.. It was completely under cooked and doughy.. It was soooo bad that i had to literally add bbq sauce cause it came with none and cook it in my oven for another 10 minutes for it to be remotely cooked the way a pizza should be.... With any chain restaurant it's hit or miss on what type of service or product you're going to get. We regularly carryout pizza from this location and the quality is always great, the employees are friendly, and the food comes out in a timely manner. I haven't dined in at this location so I can't comment on that. We have had delivery and the only negative thing I can comment on is the delivery charge - though it seems all pizza delivery places have gone to that. The drivers are always friendly. Today some work friends (6 of us) went this Pizza Hut for two of us celebrating birthdays. We probably go to this establishment several times a year. I left one of my gifts on the table accidentally and left. It was a gift box with Twenty five dollars in it. When I called about two hours later they said they had it. I asked if the money was in it and they said it is just like we took it off the table. I told them that I would pick it up in an hour. When I arrived they gave me an empty box. When asked where the money was they said...this is how we found it. Bull crap. I don't think anyone visited the dirty table and took the money and left the box! Are you kidding me? Thieves is what they are. Be careful! Don't trust anyone there! I was going to write a good review if they were honest and gave me the bday present back. I will never go back and will spread the word with the rest of my co workers. More and more people have poor integrity and ethical values. Beyond fed up. If you live in spokane or medical lake. Forget delivery. When I ordered over the phone, I clearly stated MEDICAL LAKE and my address. Since apparently there is another street like mine in airway, they decided to go there. I already paid and they took my money. They then cancelled my order and outright refused to deliver my PAID FOR pizzas. And dominos is maybe 4-6 blocks away from pizza hut. But dominos delivers. I asked if they could deliver and we wouldn't call in for delivery again. They refused still. I will be going in person and asking for my money back. They would have at least gotten $150 from me to order delivery for my birthday. I will NOT be ordering from them any longer. I have already deleted the app itself. Unless you want to go in person, or live very close to them, forget delivery. Until you include medical lake on your delivery route and fix some things, I'm completely done with pizza hut. read more
