Worst KFC ever. Every single time i have ever been here ive been told to park in the lot and wait a few minutes and the food will be brought out. I am very happy that they have changed, I especially like the Monday special, a leg a thigh potatoes and gravy corn on the cob and a bisque. They will now let you change the 2 pieces of chicken for what you want, I only eat wings. The total cost for the Monday special is $3.99 a great deal. They are supposed to ask you if you would like a drink for only $1.00 also. You have to get it with the meal to get the $1.00 discount and all refills are free. read more

just came from the drive thru ordered a 16 piece meal original and what do u know they messed up again for the fifth time coming here they gave me crispy instead and not only that they gave 7 pieces that were the size if chicken nuggets i keep giving them a try hoping that this place would change but i guess not i wont be ever coming here again lucky im even giving them one star read more

The service was absolutely horrid. I didn't even get a smile from the cashier. She automatically walked up and blurted out for here or to go in the most mono-toned voice I've ever heard. The food was far under my KFC expectations considering the biscuit was dry and burnt as well as the chicken being dry and cold. 0/10 do NOT recommend at all. read more

Waited 45 minutes for my food when there was maybe 2 other customers in here. Watched four employees walk around with there thumbs up there butt and the lady at the counter says there's only two of them working. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Good food but horrible customer service. With all respect, I presented them with exactly what I wanted and asked for their opinion of which deals I should get. The lady responded with, "Okay..well what do you want. I don't know what you want." Again, good food, but they could really work on their customer service and try not to come off so rude. read more

Service is wonderful. Employees always have a smile on their face and get the order out as soon as possible. Dinner rush is very smooth.

I thought they were prejudice, but was wrong. I have talked to multiple people that have been here and we all same the same as most of you here. The staff is clearly dissapointed they work there. If these people don't care about you and your money coming in, they clearly don't care about the way the cook and clean. If the service is this by, the cleanliness must be the same. Extremely long waits for food, rude talks, never ask if you need any condiments. If they don't like the job, go next door to Taco . I've also noticed, many businesses north of Elverta all have bad customer service. Please listen to the majority here and never go to this place again. Travel a little bit farther for better service and food. The sign light hardly ever works. I asked for a more clear view or to have them tell me a few things and they got smart and told me to get out the car and read the sign. I don't know what happened new or slacking management at this site but we used to have no problem with the food or the service. But recently they forget to complete the orders or they tell you to go around because it will be 2 or 3 minutes and then you go in after 10 minutes then wait longer inside for the order. This last time I went there they forgot one item and the coleslaw was spoiled. I think we will find a new place. read more

Sept 1 2015 time 4:30 pm Stopped by to order 2 pot pies 5 cars in line will waiting another came behind me. Waited 20 minute's no one moved. Tried calling the store to see what was going on the operator told me the phone was off the hook. I got out my car and went inside and asked wait the hold up was. The teller said they were having problem with a customers coupon. It now 25 minutes, I go back out side get in my car THAT IS TRAPED IN LINE and wait another 10 minutes. I finally get up to the order station to order my 2 pot pies and am told I need to wait another 23 minutes because they don't have any cooking!!!! This has happened to me at least 3 other times. PS. phone ahead before wasting time waiting for the pies all times between 5- 7 pm., or go to Bel Air and buy a frozen one instead. read more

WORST SERVICE - the last four times I have gone there, they have made a mistake with my order. Tonight is the last time I will ever go there. The OWNER was rude to me, took 15 minutes to get my food and it was still wrong. Every time I go here they get an order wrong and ALWAYS forget a part of my order. I went back today because the last time they messed up the order there was a new manager there saying he was trying to get it to where it should be. So I gave them one more try, NEVER AGAIN!!! We dont order anything special or a big order yet they still forget. They even had us park in front to wait for our food. while we were waiting I took my daughter inside to use the restroom the girls bathroom was broken so I went to tell an employee that walked out from the back like she was getting off I told her so she could let someone know that the girls was broken they didn't have it locked or a sign she just looked at me like she didn't know what to do so I said forget it ill tell someone she walked out then I told someone else and proceeded to take her to the boys restroom walked in it was dirty and had poop everywhere all over the toilet seat they finally cleaned it.. When we were leaving we asking if everything was in the bag including the ranch she said yes I even put ketchup l.. We get home there is no ranch and also NONE of my sons popcorn chicken.. They forget a part of our order or mess something up Every time we go I wish I could say I was exaggerating but unfortunately I'm not I was hoping since if had new management it would get better I called to let them know I was coming back to get the food that they again forgot they set the phone down and never talked to anyone I waited five minutes on the phone Nd still no-one answered. August 19, 2016: my mom and I went in to get dinner, like other people, there was another customer in front of us waiting to be helped. We were waiting for about 15 minutes and then we were finally helped. They took our order and we went to get drinks, but the root beer was out. We told them and they said they'd have to fill the cups up at the fast food soda machine because they needed the manager to fill the root beer. The manager was no where to be found. Then they told us that there was no biscuits and they would give us extra cookies because of it. We told them we would wait. We got our order, with no biscuits, extra cookies, no sauce and no forks or napkins. We told them we were going to wait for biscuits, they said okay and let us keep the extra cookies. We've been going to this location for a while now and every time we go the service just gets more worse. The lobby was also a mess with trash all over the place. My mom and I waited for about 30 minutes and while we were waiting the manager was still no where to be found. I do not know what's going on with this store, but I strongly suggest that you do not go there if you want fast food. read more

I have a complaint. And I don't know exactly where to post it to get it seen and acknowledged, so I'm going to post it everywhere. Tonight my father went to the local KFC at 8101 Watt Avenue Antelope, CA 95843 on his way home from work to get dinner for the family. Upon arriving home with the food, he realized that items were missing from the bag (specifically a cookie, napkins, and a spork). He phoned KFC where a woman named Debra (maybe Deborah?) answered stating that she was the only manager, and a part co-owner and that she was the absolute highest person we could talk to. (If this is all true, who knows. This store has kind of lost its credibility for me.) Anyways, Debra tried to tell my dad that it was a "free cookie anyways" to which my father argued that, regardless, it was supposed to come with the meal. She continued to question us as to why we are so upset over a "DAMN cookie" and wouldn't let my father get a word in before she hung up on us. This upset my dad and he proceeded to call back. Upon answering the phone, Debra tried to make it better by offering us a free cookie or two on our next visit, however at this point, the problem was no longer the missing items, but rather the LACK of customer service. We asked for corporate numbers to file a formal complaint and she proceeded to tell us that "Oh, I'll be looking for an email from corporate to send it straight to my trash bin". I mean, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I manager who whole heartedly believes she is above the law and can therefore get away with treating customers like crap? That is a HUGE problem in my eyes. After I began speaking with her saying that she doesn't have the right to speak to us that way when she can't get a simple order correct, she stated "Oh honey, I'm sure I make a lot more money than YOU do!" Really? I don't care an ounce how large your paycheck is, when you can't do your job correctly in the first place. My family is beyond upset with this KFC and will not be returning again. Their consistent incorrect orders and repeated poor customer service abilities were really pushed over the edge tonight. I'm offended and hurt that we were spoken to in such a way, and that my parents who work HARD for their money and CHOOSE to spend it on dinner at KFC, were told point blank that their complaint was essentially invalid and also was told by an EMPLOYEE that their paychecks don't compare to hers. This place does not even deserve a star in my opinion...I cant even begin to tell you how many times they have forgotten a part of my meal..I normally dont write reviews but after today I've had it with this KFC. Today 4/17/15 they forgot yet another portion of my meal, and not to mention for the most part they are slow, or they seem to run out of some foods. I will be taking my fast food chicken needs to Popeyes. Becauae as of today Im done with their incompetence; many times in the past I let my missing order slide but im done...I work very hard for my money and dont like parting with it, but to part with it and not get what I paid for is disheartening, I've lost all faith in their ability to serve fast food. This place needs to retrain and get their stuff together soon..
