First of all, I am outraged at the low star reviews for this place! Every time I have gone to this location has been a positive experience. Yes, they are busy, Yes there is often a line and the restaurant is crowded, but the food is always being freshly made, there is always plenty of staff, everyone is working hard and being friendly and overall I am happy with the quality if the service and the food. Most recently I had an online order and went in with my kids to pick it up. They were super busy with several people waiting ahead. One of the workers took the time to collect our names and gave us soda cups to enjoy while I wait. Even my kids got a soda cups. I just thought it was such a nice gesture. I came around 6pm on a Thursday. There was a line but it moved quickly, the store seemed to be staffed adequately at this time. Food was restocked quickly. I ordered a plate of walnut shrimp and mushroom chicken and they were both freshly cooked. I also got crab rangoons and they were crispy. The service was fine, for the most part. The worker at the middle of the entrees scooped a tinier scoop than usual of the mushroom chicken and quickly closed my styrofoam container. Definitely sus I saw that! I ordered online and sent my husband to pick up, the order experience was as expected for the app, no issues, and my husband asked me to leave this review for the awesome workers at this location. We have been to this location several times and the food has been pretty good. Picked up dinner on 12/3/25 round 5pm. The food we orders was not fresh at all. They are extremely stingy with their portions. Especially with the prices now. There is a manager who is very cheerful but disingenuous. I don't want to assume anything about him more than he is just very young and new. He openly admitted to being 12 days on the job. I will say thay when the employee opened to check her cub meal, she herself said it was not enough food. When she tried to give my daughter an appropriate portion of food, this young manager told the cashier that she would get in trouble if she gave my daughter even one more scoop of chow mein. The cashier seems to be new as well but very nice. It seems he is just trying to go above and beyond at his job but I wish he would have let the cashier make that decision. I never asked her for more food and I didn't object to what he said, as I didn't want to embarrass my daughter. I arrived to a giant line wrapped around inside the building. Everyone had masks, but definitely no social distancing. In the corner there was a sign for online pickup. I noticed a bakers rack behind the register with lots of food ready for pick up---yet NO ONE was working the pick up line. I essentially had to just stop a worker and asked how to pick up my order. Today was actually only the second time I've ever been to a Panda Express...hard to believe I'm sure. But I was craving something different and it's close by. Walked in and there were about five customers in line ahead of me. Okay, maybe a little bit of a wait. But not really. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient...making the line go pretty quickly. So I ordered a small Kung Pao chicken and a large fried rice...keep it simple. I know people are screaming "Get the Orange chicken!" But I don't roll with sweet, I like spicy. Even sweet and sour sauce is my least favorite. Took it home and was amazed how tiny their small container is. It's right about 2"x3", that's not small, that's tiny! But here's the real problem; the food is just very generic, bland, and boring. It lacks one main ingredient that is desperately needed...mojo! The Kung Pao wasn't spicy at all, I never even saw one little red chili. The rice was cooked fine but it just had no flavor. Soy sauce and hot mustard helped a little bit not much. Even adding my favorite "rooster" garlic chili sauce didn't save this. So just over $11 for a tiny portion of Kung Pao (that had no Pow!) and basic fried rice left me disappointed. One star for the food and one star for the service is the best I can do here. I have plenty of local options for Mexican food (which I love) but hardly any Chinese restaurants around my area. If Panda Express is my only viable option, I'll just make it at home. read more

The reason for my A-OK review is that the service here is exceptionally slow and has been throughout the years. There is always a line when ordering food here at this location. If waiting isn't something your schedule allows, I suggest ordering online for pickup as I have always seen customers bypassing the line for pick up orders and I find myself saying "MAN I should have done that". Haha However, I have tried to stay away from picking up food from this location unless its a last minute request because the food here is just okay compared to other Panda Express's I have eaten at. This location ALWAYS forget to put the sauce on the teriyaki chicken even after they ask or sweet and sour for the side items when requested. There is always a wait for a food item and they stack all of the plates waiting and I think thats maybe how they end up forgetting the sauces? I'm not sure, but I do love the Panda tea offered and they do always ask if you would like to sample anything which is very kind. We used to be repeat customers at Panda Express but switched over to Chipotle the last 2-3 years. I rarely buy their food because I know they use MSG's even tho they advertise that they don't. I know a few people that are allergic to MSG's and when they ate at Panda Express they had allergic reactions. Last time we ate here was in 2015 and I plan to keep it that way. Today was an exception because my kids & wifey were craving Panda Express so I let my guard down this time. On a positive side this place is very clean and service is excellent. The girl serving us was very nice and offered to try their food samples. We ordered two boxes to go with 2 entrees per plate and that was good for all four us. Total cost was $15 and some change. Do I recommend this place? Yes! But not very often. If you're allergic to MSG's STAY AWAY from Panda Express!!!
