FOOD POISONING IN A BOWL! Mixed reviews - because I have eaten a good pot pie here once before - but I'm giving this KFC 1 star only because I have to. I do love KFC's pot pies. It's by FAR the best thing on the menu! I'd not been feeling well, so I thought a pot pie would be good "comfort" food. We went quite a ways out of the way to go by this KFC and get one. They said we were in luck they had one left... Well, I think they must've dug it out of the trash! I only wish I was exaggerating! The first thing you do with their pot pie is take a piece of the flaky crust and pop it in your mouth. It was flaky and COLD. I peeled back the rest of the crust and saw about an inch of congealed filling with a dried brown film on top. This pot pie NEVER had a full bowl of filling, based on the clean sides. And what filling it did have had dried. There was no gravy. This bowl of food poisoning was cold. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go back in traffic to deal with this debacle right then there. Zero Customer Accessibility and Less Customer Support. LGBTQ Haters The KFC App lets you post orders, but does not let you indicate how you wish to pick them up. They want you to pickup your order in the restaurant, unless it is closed. Only then can you use the drive thru. When you go in, your order is not on the pick up shelf as promised. You have to wait in line and beg for your order, as the one person waiting on the counter is also handling the drive thru and will have you wait forever for someone. I literally stared at my bag on the counter for 15 minutes, 4 feet from the pickup shelf where it belonged. I asked 3 people for help. The first said "I got you", then turned his back on me and went to take drive thru orders. The second one totally ignored me. Looks like the "I got you " dude has had more complaints besides mines, what management doing about him! This dude completely wrecked my order. The food was trash, cold stale fishy smelly fries. The advertisement for the chicken burger no way compared to what I received, even my soda was flat. We waited a long time to get our food as a huge number of people started crowding the restaurant. It was so busy that I had to wait several minutes to get utensils because they didn't put any in our bag and their outside utensil compartments were empty. Plus, all of the tables were dirty. It was really disappointing to see this location continuously under perform with a lack of availability of what is in the name of this place - chicken!!! What is also bad is telling customers that it will take 20 minutes - 40+ minutes to make the said chicken is not ideal either for any one no matter what time of day. If a customer makes it through and PAYS for their promised meal that promised meal better come out in the time you promised it would! There are no exceptions on this as it blows me away how not having chicken at KFC is even a thing! I know many Door Dash and Favor drivers got their orders way ahead of us despite us agreeing to "wait" the X amount of minutes you claimed it would take to make chicken for our meals! I worry that even their orders for the customers waiting for their delivery may not have received their order accurately. No matter what dessert cakes or extras you provide it is not okay to substitute or apologize for the lack of organization, availability of products, and overpromising to customers. The restaurant looks like Its in great condition considering how long this location has been here. But I'm not rating this establishment on how it looks. I don't understand how this place is able to stay open. First off, if you want chicken tenders or chicken pot pie, you better go early, like super early, because they almost never have either when I go (usually after 8pm) They also are terribly slow. FOOD POISONING!!! We went thru drive thru on 03/02/2018 @ 9pm and ordered a 'big box' mash/gravy and biscuit. My boyfriend came home we opened the meal and instead of potatoes it was cole slaw in which he did not eat. That part was not a huge problem. The problem was my boyfriend started Violently throwing up before midnight (2 hours after eating KFC. He did not make it to the toilet and he could not hold it in his body. It went all over our bathroom. He first threw up the chicken and said he could taste the oil in his throat. Then the biscuit and soda came up. Then he stared to throw up blood. Not a little blood because of irritation but something you would see in a movie. It then went from throwing up to Diarrhea. He had no bowl control. This location is absolute trash! One star is being generous. The "quick pick up" is not so quick because there's no option to go inside so you have to use the drive-thru. Fair enough. Drive through takes Forever, not to mention it smells like sewage while you're waiting in line.
