Ordered 4 piece extra crispy meal. The fries were cold, that's one yuck. All 4 pieces of chicken tasted old, like it's all been sitting in a holding cabinet for 8 hours. That's another yuck. Things have gone downhill at this location. frequently buy a family meal deal and lately it's often over cooked. I visited the drive thru at The Bethel Park, Pa store on Library Rd. They shorted me an entire Bundt cake. I've been trying to reach someone for a refund for the last three days. emails go unanswered ..... they don't answer phone calls at the store. The customer service number on their website goes to a foreign country where they don't speak English ..... is this a US company or what .... I want my money back from these scammers!!! read more

Ordered an 8 piece tender meal that came with an 8 piece assorted chicken and 3 sides. I got 4 pieces of chicken, no tenders, and had to get two mashed potatoes because macaroni was "out". Also, the person who took my order didn't even know how to ring it up because it was new and charged me FULL price. He was rude and slammed the drive through window in my face. If i could give this kfc 0 stars, i would. I ordered 2 three piece meals, each with 2 extra crispy chicken breasts and a wing. What i got was 4 thighs that looked old and burnt, a chicken breast with no breading on it and another breast that was so burnt you could not even cut into it. They biscuits were smashed in the corner of the boxes in a million pieces. The french fry box had 4 french fries in it. I can't believe they would even serve this to someone. I threw it all away it was inedible. I called the store to inform them, and no one answered. I called customer service and they are not much better. It's unfortunate that when you spend your hard earned money on something like this and get totally ripped off. I will never go back to kfc again in my life. Especially this one in Bethel Park. Literally the most unorganized, under staffed place I've ever stepped foot inside of. Waited over 25 minutes in line just to have my order taken and then an additional 10 minutes for my one order. The same person grabbing the food was the person taking orders. This is just incredibly unacceptable and not professional at all. This location is in desperate need of order/employees and the employees that are working here haven't shown an ounce of quality customer service. I couldn't be less satisfied and I promise I will never be back to this KFC location as long as I live. If you see this location on your maps and are hungry for chicken think again because you're better off going to a farm and having a chicken slaughtered and prepared then served to you, I can assure you it will be much faster that way. read more

UPDATE: it has now been a couple weeks since we contacted the customer service number, we asked that the district manager call us, still no call. We were also promised a voucher of only $15.00 to compensate for the uneaten food, but we never received it. What a joke of a company and we are done with KFC. If I could give no stars I would! First off, the drive thru lane was closed with no sign saying that the drive thru was closed. My husband then went into the store to place our orders. He asked to speak to a manager because of the drive thru and of course there was no manager on duty, imagine that! I ordered a three piece chicken TENDER meal and ended up with two breasts and a drumstick, clearly not chicken tenders! When we got home to eat, my meal was filled with tiny pubic looking hairs! Retaliation I guess for asking for a manager. So we got two meals and one was completely uneatable. I would recommend never going to this KFC ever again! read more

I am usually not a fan of KFC, wife and kids wanted it. I tried the new Nashville Hot Strips and loved them! I had a three piece as did my wife. The had the perfect amount of heat and the crispy was different tha normal KFC, something different and very good. I am looking forward to having it again. read more

I understand getting the orders done for the drive through. I don't understand ignoring the customers at the counter. After waiting 10 minutes, they hadn't even greeted the family in front of us much less taken any orders. I don't know how many of the 5 couples behind us followed us out the door. read more

I had a wonderful experience here! Got drive thru on Monday -8/2/21 around 6 pm or so. The ladies working the drive thru window we're incredibly friendly. Both my wife and I were wowed by their demeanor and frendliness, something you don't see often anymore. They even went of their way to get my dog a treat since she came along on the car ride with us. I was definitely having a rough day from my job and something as simple as getting kfc made it better because their service was so great. Each time I have ordered from this location they pick and choose the amount of food I get. My most recent order was a 12 piece meal (I get only 11 pieces of chicken) whatever they have laying around. 4 wings, 3 legs, 2 thighs and 2 breasts.... It should be 3 of each. The meal comes with 3 side. I ordered mac and cheese, coleslaw and potato wedgies. The mac and cheese was half full, coleslaw a quarter full and the potato wedgies were the most generous part of the meal. I had contacted corporate and this location. Neither seem to care or can give me specs on the amounts/weights or how full the containers of sides should be. They offered to send coupons (that never came) and to give me the piece of chicken they shorted me if I went back to the location. It wasn't worth the drive for the chicken wing they would give me. This is the last time I purchase anything from this specific location and most likely KFC in general. Terrible portions and even worse customer service. read more
