Staff is mainly younger women. Plenty of parking. A little difficult to get to from the main road and the intersection in the parking lot is a very dangerous cross. If you go inside, you will wait a while. They will have three people on drive-through and multiple people working while you stand there and wait for a good bit. Staff seems very friendly with each other, but not with customers. Location is not cleaned well. Food taste OK it's what you expect for my KFC. Definitely nothing crazy. Unfortunately, with the attitude and demeanor of the staff, I have to give this location one star. I have given them multiple chances and always had the same results. read more

We were on the road and go excited to see it. Was my first time, and it was delicious, hot and crispy!! The place didn't have AC, was very humid and hot. Not as clean as expected for the times, they allow people to be without mask. They do have bathrooms available which are a must when you are driving for long hours. This place constantly scams you for sauce packets I can't tell you how many times they've "forgot" my sauces. And I'm literally paying for it. Went in one day and the whole place was literally filled with smoke. Old lady at the cash register is the meanest old lady worker I've ever met hopefully she fines some sort of peace soon. Literally the worst KFC in existence. Let's start with their drive-thru. I have been through their drive-thru probably a dozen times and I've had to take my order back inside because it was cold or incorrect each and every time. Dining inside isn't much better. Far fewer food errors, but the dozen or so times I've been inside this place it hasn't been exceptionally clean. Kitchen is always a hot mess and the dining area isn't much better. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Went in the drive through and was given cold food. Felt like my chicken sammich came out of the fridge. Went inside to complain and get hot food and the dining area was still dirty. Check the date here - we're in the middle of a pandemic and the dining area has been closed for like 2 months! Terrible service we arrived at 6:50 (they close at 7:00) pulled up to the window around 6:52 they had no biscuits so we just got mashed potatoes and then we left with our order, to our surprise they didnt pack our 4 piece tenders then we pulled back and asked where the tenders were (we got back at 6:57) and then they said "sorry we dont have any tenders because its closing time and thats the only things we have" couldnt you have told me earlier?? This KFC is terrible. Most incompetent staff I have run into awhile. They are polite and courteous, however they spend more time talking then working. It took them 20 min to make our order witch consisted of two famous bowls and 2 smoky mountain barbecue chicken littles. When our meal came out they only had one bowl on the trey. First, remember this is KFC. If you're looking for something more exotic, drive to Popeyes or find a sit down restaurant. This location is outside of the Columbia Mall, a dying mall, sitting between Wendy's and Burger King. Watch the roads in the Mall complex as they are in poor condition. Location is an older KFC but has been remodeled with plenty of parking and indoor seating. Service has been fast even when busy. The food is ok, it's not gourmet, but the price is right. I went to KFC while I was on vacation with my girlfriend seeing her family as they live in Bloomsburg. We had a long day at knoebels and we decided to stop and eat at KFC since the prices at the park are not the best. I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich box and my girlfriend got a 3 piece tender box. I was given a famous bowl and I went back through and asked to speak to a manager. I was then talking to a women named Olivia who was 0 help at all. She was continuously eating while arguing and yelling back at me. I then finally got my correct meal and she threw sauce into my car when I asked after our rebuttal. Oh man. Why? Really? KFC huh...fine... So here's the thing: It's no secret this franchise has gone down the toilet. The constant compromises in the quality of their food, the menu that keeps retracting from the near buffet you got in the 90s to a point where you don't even get one of their hard microwaved biscuits with a chicken finger box anymore, the anemic single drop of gravy they put on the two tablespoons of mashed potatoes you get...it's a train wreck. Anyone who is lucky enough to have eaten at this place back in the 70s, 80s, and 90s knows it. But we're lazy, cheap and hungry, so why not stop in now and again, right? Well... I have little room for comparison here, if I'm being honest. I gave up on this franchise a long time ago so I only ever bother with my local one when that nagging little monster in the back of my brain starts groaning, "Hey, maybe it's like the OLD DAYS and they made it better again!". And, the trouble is, I'm stupid. I never learned that you don't actually catch the dragon. So of course, I pull up to this KFC, where a gigantic bush is blocking half the menu so you can't see it anyway, and choose from this year's revised menu of compromises and shame. I swear, every single time I go here they've removed something from the meal that used to be in the box. And yet they still have this miserable ability to give me the wrong order. I just don't get how this variety of mediocrity is okay. So why two stars instead of one? I don't know. Still chasing that dragon I guess. I'll go back next year. Maybe. After this last round of portion cuts and whatever they did to cheapen their chicken THIS time, I'm just not sure of that. I ordered a sandwich with no mayo. Little did I know that it would devolve into a 5 minute argument about removing mayo from a sandwich. Apparently, you can't order a number 16 without pickles and mayo, so I had to order a number 13. After a two minute discussion, the cashier finally processed my order. From my view of waiting for food, I saw the "line" of workers working without any gloves and making direct contact with the food. Absolutely disgusting and infuriating. I grabbed my food and put it on my table only to find mayo and pickles on my sandwich. I went back to the cashier only to be met by the same hostile woman who absolutely refuted my claims of asking for no toppings on my sandwich. The mayomeiser told me that I did not ask for no toppings on my sandwich, and complained, furiously scratching her head and turning as red as Colonel Sander's Apron. After absorbing her blows with customers waiting in the slowest moving "fast" food line these eyes have witnessed, I finally was handed my food and had the worst KFC meal I have ever had. Honestly, I was expecting much more out of customer service in this area of Pennsylvania. Don't the employees learn that the customer is always right??? One of the other patrons I was with expressed that the bathroom was not in the condition it should be. He lifted the seat, closed his eyes, did his business, closed the seat, and skittered away. It was very unprofessional and not to mention the older woman Joann is an elder to this young girl, she should have worked as a team member and had just spoken to her in kind words. Customer service was really bad. I ordered a 3 piece meal and asked for a combination of breast, wing and thigh. Finally got that ordered but not without having to deal with the attitude of the person taking my order. I was very polite because I was asking for something. After waiting 5 minutes in the drive thru with 1 car in front of me, I pulled up to a female who looked like the whole world had pissed her off that day. Got my strawberry lemonade first. It was so warm the ice melted before I got the drink. Couldn't drink it anyway because it was a cup of chemical tasting drink that actually burned my throat as I tried to drink it. My chicken diner was good except my biscuit was broken inside the box. When I went to ask her if I could get more ice for my warm lemonade, she slammed the window in my face. RUDE!
