Dear KFC Customer Care, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent pickup order #721307577, placed on August 20, 2026, at 03:17 PM at your location on 2 Mallett Way, Bluffton, SC 29910. My order included a 3 pc. Chicken Big Box Meal and a 5 pc. Tenders Big Box Meal. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my order when I received it. I ordered the 3 piece which had no breast, i don't eat any chicken but breast meat, further more the food appeared old and not even warm to the touch, I tried to eat the potatoes and gravy and the coleslaw the coleslaw was warm and the potatoes cool. After i took a bite of each i had to throw the dinner in the trash. I proceeded to drink the tea and had to spit it out and dump it down the drain tasted like sewage smells. My wife had the tender dinner the fries were grease soaked mushy and cold her chicken was not crisp it was soggy, she as well through out her meal . Im totally disgusted in such a way that we will never order from that store again, don't be surprised if you get a visit from the health department what little i attempted to eat turned my stomach and had me dry heaving Because the order was not fulfilled correctly, I am requesting a resolution to this matter, preferably in the form of a complete refund for the entire order. The food is always cold and never fresh. They hardly have anything "available" on the menu. What a waste! Service is nothing but attitudes because you get frustrated when they dont have something on the menu. Im not sure how you can bounce back from always being a dead resturant. read more

Come on KFC, its not that difficult to get an order right. We ordered extra crispy and the piece of chicken I had from the bucket barely had any crust on it at all. Also, hubs was very disappointed that they messed up and gave us one wrong side that we didn't order and left off one side that we did order. Do better KFC. read more

Is there a manager? Is there any training? We walked in to order and the woman at the front just looked at us. No smile, no greeting just looked. It was 4:30 pm and we ordered extra crispy 8 piece, dark meat. She opens the little door to the chicken and points and says that's all we have. Ok? And? I guess they don't make food for the dinner rush? Or we are the only ones to show up because other people are on to these employees? Just rude and non communicative. Obviously angry to be there. I couldn't believe how rude and angry the workers were. The food was ok. I was a a bit worried after watching her throw the chicken in the bucket. Horrible experience. The staff is horrible. They are not friendly at all. They always have an attitude and very short when talking to the customers. I ordered chicken and it was raw. Please be careful when getting food from this place. They had me to bring the chicken back for a refund, which I happily did. I also took pictures for DHEC. People should be more careful at what they are selling to people. I could have really gotten sick. And the courtesy of the staff when I returned with the raw chicken was awful. Came here for food at 8:30. Apparently they close at 9. The people were extremely rude. My girlfriend was ordering at the register. She ordered the 12 piece meal. The person in the register said the biscuits would take 10min. We said it was okay. One of the workers ( who appeared to me as the person in charge ) decided to interrupt and say " did she order crispy? " and then gave us such a nasty eye roll. The cashier then gave us our total without asking if that was all and as if nothing had happened . We felt so uncomfortable that we didn't order everything we had planned on ordering. The eye roll lady said " just give them anything we've got. " Within a few minutes, they gave us the food right away. On the way home I open the box on top and the picture speaks for itself... what is that. I've never used yelp or reviewed any place but this experience was genuinely that bad. read more

Today around 4PM we entered KFC as a female employee was also entering. She passed us, not wearing a mask and walked behind the counter to the cash register still not wearing a mask. A lot of people had negative comments about the Bluffton KFC but I had no complaints. They got my order completely correct, the food was piping hot and they gave me extra sauces without asking. The inside of the store is outdated but still clean nonetheless read more

I have to say this has been the worst KFC I've been to. We ordered the $20 fill-up bucket and one lady told us we could substitute the Cole Slaw for Mac and Cheese but another lady told us there was no substitution allowed and I was okay with that but I was not okay at how she was so rude and unprofessional about it. She was so invested about the whole thing that she forgot our gravy for our mashed potatoes and the biscuits that came with it. Came back inside to tell her that they forgot our biscuits and she tried telling me that it didn't come with it. I had to inform her that it clearly states it on their menu. Never coming back to this place. She clearly needs to go back to orientation and learn their menu. read more

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Boy was I craving some good Nashville hot chicken tenders tonight, but if I would've know what I was getting myself into I wouldve just settled for bojangles!! Not only did I sit in like for 35 minutes with no cars in front of me and no one in side but my order somehow managed to get fu**** up as well. After receiving the wrong order and not getting my drink that I had payed for I went inside and very politely asked them to correct it and for a drink. Instead of trying to fix it the employee decided to be rude and argue with me and tell me how busy they are (clearly I was the only one there) then had the nerve to tell me to go F*** myself!! Finally I speak to a manger and get the correct food and drink and proceed to go home and enjoy my meal over an hour later, and when I am finally going to dig in THERE IS NO SAUCE ON MY GOD DAMN TENDERS!!!!
