Absolutely the worst place to go. You place an online order you go to pick it up. You have to wait 35 minutes because they're so behind their cooking as they go. I have never seen such a disorganized place. They need to at least write down what car they're going to deliver food to. Friendly staff but always slow. Food is good but having to wait to order and wait in the lot to get your food is a deterrent. On the plus side the staff is very friendly and always nice to deal with. This is especially important when dealing with delays and suck. read more

Went to KFC and I go there on occasion and I have had the wrong order at least three times. I always check my order before I leave but it is difficult to count the pieces in the bucket in the car. I would like to start by saying that I gave this KFC more than 2 chances before I decided to write a crappy review on them. First time I went my biscuits were raw in the middle and they forgot to give me my chocolate cake. Second time we went I asked for drumsticks and thighs and they didn't give me either. Third time we went was tonight. I went through the drive thru and ordered my family meal. I asked for all drumsticks and the guy said I couldn't have that. I agreed to the alternative which included thighs. I also got coleslaw with the meal as a side. I got home served my family their meal and everyone spit out the coleslaw. It was sour. One star is generous. We waited 15 minutes for a drive through order (which we had to repeat about 6 times) and it still didn't come out right. I should mention we were the only people there at the time. I ordered a large soda and it had obviously been dropped then picked back up and given to me as it was .It wasn't even half way full and there was a mess all over the outside.
