Ordered pizza July 22, 2025 and live 3 miles from the store. My order was opted by the store to be delivered through door dash, and my order took a 45 min adventure back and forth because the driver needed to restart their phone. I called the store and was promised a credit with NO EXPIRATION, but needed to call or come in to use. I just came in again 10/11/2025 to redeem the credit and I was told there was "NO RECORD" and it's "Because it was 3 months ago" and they could probably give me $20 off for this mistake. I wish I would have take a picture of our pizza before I threw it away. We ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. I have been ordering this exact pizza for over 15 years...I am not sure what exactly this Bonney Lake Pizza Hut made for me. The crust was at least an inch and a half in width, which is why I am assuming there was hardly any cheese in the crust because it had a bunch of room to spread out and wasn't in its normal shape. There was maybe 1-2 slices of pepperoni on each slice. Also this was the thinnest/greasy pizza ever. After 2 bites my lips were so greasy it looked like I rubbed petroleum jelly on them. This pizza was gross and made completely wrong. We also had curbside delivery and nobody answered the phone so we had to go in. Management should be embarrassed. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I went here last week Sunday for some pizza and some wings. We got take out and by the time we got home I realized our wings were not sauced well. I took a bite into my wing and it wasn't cooked all the way. Today, Super Bowl Sunday, I went back there to see if it would be better. This time I checked while I was still at Pizza Hut and my wings hardly had any sauce. This place has seriously turned itself around. I agree with all the previous reviews I have had problems as well. I have been ordering pizza from there for over five years it's been a hit and miss but this last order actually made me write a review. The guy I talk to on the phone was amazing made sure my order was perfect the delivery driver named Jeff was probably the best delivery driver I've ever had. Jeff in my opinion should probably be a manager for Pizza Hut rather than a driver. Jeff Sincerely knows how to treat his customers. Possibly the best experience I've ever had with a pizza delivery. I order pizza from this location probably once a month. It is 99% on time and the delivery drivers are normally courteous so I tip about $5 each time. This was not the case tonight. The woman who delivered my pizza knocked over the baby gate we have outside. Which is how I heard she was here. Then I hear "well that's helpful". And when I opened the door, she was finishing tearing down the gate. I didn't get a sorry, which I felt I deserved, she told me I needed to light my porch better. We have an automatic light. So I explained the gate is not for HER convenience, we have a 2 year-old who likes to open doors. The gate is for his safety. After I signed the receipt, she just walked back to her truck. I called the Bonney Lake Pizza Hut to order 20 large pizzas for our tear down crew at the Renaissance Faire at the Kelley Farm in Bonney Lake. They told me that unless we have a house or brick and mortar business they can't deliver to us. I was willing to meet them at the largest building on our site, but they said they can't because "It causes a security risk to their driver." This place drives me nut. I'll admit now, I only do carry out so I can't vouch for their in store service/conditions. I can totally tell you about the cluster they call delivery. First of all, any time frame you are given (20 minutes) go ahead and add 35 to that. Anytime I pick up a meal and someone tells me 20 minutes, I usually arrive in 30 for extra time in case they are busy. This place is NEVER even close, I can show even 20 minutes later then asked and be waiting another 20. Also while sitting in their front lobby stewing, I can hear them on the phone very often saying "sorry, we are out of deep dish" or some other crust/ingredient. I personally haven't had them run out when I'm in there, but know for a fact it's very common based on over hearing them. I haven't been now in easily 2-3 yrs, and have found Robin Hood pizza to be much better & cheaper, or I'll hit many of the other pizzarias in town. Two of the girls that work the carry out service, Kari and Ashley are always on top of what's going on. Instead of taking my payment and saying it'll be out soon they go in the kitchen and find out exactly where my order is. Then they come back and let me know. If its a busy day and there's a lot of people in the lobby they'll offer a drink while we're waiting, these two are very efficient, kind and professional all while making me feel more like a paying customer, actually asking about my day, plans and engaging in conversation with my while family so they don't feel left out either.
