Well, I ate at this place and I ate in the lobby and the lobby was clean. I ate from 12 to 1230 and the lobby was clean. There was a guy wiping down the tables a lot of times you go to these fast food places and there are dirty tables and they go all day ignored, but I saw this guy wiping down the tables and when I left, he wiped down mine the lobby has been redone and it looks good. I like the new design because it looks clean and after he wiped down my tables, he went into the bathroom with a mop and he cleaned the bathroom and the food looked good. It was an a scrawny yard bird or crow it was real chicken and look at my meal. Just judge for yourself. Do I recommend this place? Yes, I do because part of my appetite is an eaten in a clean place, and this place was clean. The owner did a good job of replacing the aesthetics of this place and replacing management. Bought 2 chicken sandwiches today. The chicken breast was hard , dried, and has no taste and texture. It must had sat under the hot lamp over an hour, toss it. Ordered the hot wings a while back, and I wish I had checked them before I left. They must have been 4 hours past their hold time. They were the most disgusting things I'd ever gotten from a drive thru. Even the breading was like rubber and impossible to chew. I removed that, which, let's be honest, is the best part of fried chicken and just tried to eat the insides. Even that was cold, rubbery, and completely inedible. This is not the first time the food has been horrible from this location. I gave them another try because it was on the way, and I was starving . However, every time I try to give them another chance, they never fail to disappoint. I suggest avoiding this KFC like the plague, I will never go back. We had a funeral for our son with a reception after and ordered chicken from 4740 E. Bromley Lane, Brighton, CO. Called a few weeks before to place the order and a few days before to verify the order and time of pick-up. When we got to the restaurant to pick-up the order, they were closed for maintenance. We didn't get a call or anything to tell us they were going to be closed. We had to go to a different location to have the order made and lost some guests that attended the service because of the delay. I called the store today and asked to speak to the manager (I personally think it was the assistant manager that I spoke with - so that was another lie). He offered us "A MEAL" as an apology. Ok so here is an update based on my Wifes recent visit to this location. After posting a subpar review of this location we were contacted by possibly a General Mgr or a person of upper tier mgmt, He apologized for the situation and circumstances that we had experienced and offered us a complimentary lunch combo with a dessert for our poor experience. My wife got the honor of taking advantage of the nice offer. Before she ordered she was questioned by, which I later in the day came to find out was the Mgr,(Alfonso) why did we call the corporate office instead of the 800 # ? My wife explained that we didnt call anybody we are simply *Yelpers and we placed our review on the *YELP app. Upon placing her order which was taken by the Mgr she noticed that the order was wrong and he gave her chicken strips instead of 2 pcs. of chicken. After he corrected that she went to her vehicle and she noticed her side dish of mashed potatoes was missing. So she went back in and retrieved the missing mashed potatoes. So it comes down to this how can you expect employees to serve the public with accuracy and efficiency if they do not have a leader/Mgr to set the example or bar? So my suggestion is this take a breath if you go here and check your order. Maybe they need to look at what's really going on behind the counter, and note to the mgr, even if we would have called corporate if you would run a tight food chain your store wouldn't be recieving negative reviews or comments, or posts, or phone calls and last time I looked this is America and we have the Freedom of speech!! read more

Place was extremely dirty, employees were all joking around with each other instead of taking care of the customers. Heard someone cursing in the back. They were out of original chicken, potato wedges were very cold. After waiting in line for at lest 15 minutes to order, they were unable to give change for a $50 bill when our bill was $26. We have been here a number of times and I'm not really sure why we continue going there again considering it's always something. Place is always filthy. This was definitely our last trip here. This is the worst ever, we ordered 2 Famous bowls and a kids meal (strip meal). The bowls had Hard as rock chicken and very little if any gravy and cheese. I guess it is good for the birds because if you were to try to bite into the chicken you might of broken a tooth. However, the kids chicken was very greasy/rubber like and tasted like it was cooked in grease that has been sitting for weeks you couldn't even taste chicken. Our hope with this rating is that somebody gets a handle on this location and improves the professionalism and food for KFC. On a recent visit in early evening the KFC ran out of extra crispy chicken. Did it not even give an estimate of when some would be available. They merely sold the non-crispy. During the transaction The girl taking the order became distracted and goofing off with another employee and made my wife wait for some time to get the remainder of her change returned. The only worse than the quality of food from this location is the service. Orders have been wrong multiple times for me at this location so many times that I don't even bother to go there anymore. The manager Roberto not only doesn't care about getting the order right, he will argue and cuss at you when you try to get the order rectified and get what you actually ordered or paid for. Think of trying to get a refund on your order, that is entirely another dilemma. They screwed up my order, didn't give me things I had actually ordered, had uncooked chicken in my order, and refused to refund me for the problem. His statement, laced amongst the profanity, was you aren't getting refunded for the items we gave you. Even though the chicken wasn't completely cooked he would not provide a refund since they did get that part of the order "right". Corporate apparently doesn't care about how this location is being operated as made multiple complaints and based upon the "promises" of things changing, it is still the same. By far the WORST restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. The smell of rotten socks hits you as you walk it. It is very dirty and run down. The soda machine was out of ice and half of the soda selection. I decided to get Cherry coke and it was completely flat. When our food came out it was luke warm at best. I think I've been here a total of 6 times over the years and each time I've had to wait for chicken. EACH TIME! At a minimum it's 5 minutes. On average 10 and today I kid you not the guy said they are filtering oil and it would take longer than 20 minutes. It's 8:30PM!!!! An hour and a half before they close.
