I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and as soon as I returned to my table, they delivered my food. Ok, there's no way my food was prepared fresh with our food delivered so quickly. My burger was only warm with barely melted cheese. The meat looked old and the patties were dry. It looked like an old piece of cheese was on the bottom patty. I'm guessing there was cheese on a patty in the warmer and they added fresh cheese in between that and the extra patty for my double. When did they start placing cooked patties in a warmer? I thought their burgers were made fresh to order! This was the worst tasting and looking burger I had at any Whataburgers'! My wife's burger was no better. I spoke with the manager and I guess once the patties are cooked, they cannot be stored in the warmer longer than five minutes. Well, my patties were definitely in the warmer longer than five minutes. Take a look at the pics. They don't get hard dark old looking edges in five minutes! They really deserved two stars, but I was lenient. This place is a hit and miss. I never had a problem at the Chandler location. Their burgers are outstanding and always served freshly cooked; at least in my experience! My wife asked if I would ever return here again! I don't know! We'll see!

This KFC has once run out of chicken. Some of the staff are clear drug users. They don't honor coupons and say they don't accept the coupons on the KFC website. To sidestep their rule you can use the app to order. I highly recommend going to Churches Chicken instead. It's across the street. I wish this location was closed down. This is the most mismanaged KFC that I have ever seen. read more

Seems like we came in at the nick of time for buffet all food is being put out on the buffet line . Nothing like fresh food. Buffet for $5.99 now this is awesome for families with kids, affordable and the kids get to eat as much as they pack in to our pickier eaters. We will not ever return food back because we know too many people that work in the restaurant industry that warned us that you never send your food back. So we won't be going back as it seems this restaurant has not improved at all since 2018.
