This restaurant is a prime example of why you can't make a decision based solely on negative reviews. My experience was five stars. Easy ordering, quick pickup, courteous staff, mistake free order, and good food. Admittedly, it was not during a busy rush when I was there, but I have zero complaints. Wouldn't give 1 star if I didn't have to. Asked for fresh fries and was given cold hard fries that look like they've been sitting out all day. food was absolutely disgusting, soggy unflavored chicken. No sauce was offered without an up charge, drinks were not able to be refilled in the lobby, the bathroom had blood and bugs on the floor. i was at the drive thru with about 7 cars we waited about 15 minutes. when i finally got to order cars was leaving. and i waited about 12 minutes and i asked if i could order; i made my order, and pulled around, cars was still leaving. then i saw the young lady working the window, in and the window socializing with the vehicle at the window, i looked behind me and all the cars had left, i waited 10 minutes, then i left. and went to another place for food. this employee cost you 7, or more people that could have made you money. read more

How are these people still in business. I haven't eaten here in 20 years but due to the rediculously long line at Popeyes we decided to give it a try. Big mistake! The spicy chicken was over cooked, dry and tasted old. Just nasty really. The biscuits were mediocre at best and the one bright spot was the slaw. Who pays $21 for decent slaw? This is without a doubt the worst KFC! I've tried to eat there 4 times in the past two months and I have yet to walk away with a meal. Twice I have been there and there has been no chicken! Once I waited in line for almost 30 minutes and the last time, they were closed on a Wednesday at 8:45 pm. The so called "manager" was completely rude and unprofessional but honestly, I didn't expect anything else. Worst service ever! The girl on the mic taking my order was laughing and talking with her co workers . First of all I sat at the drive in for 5 minutes waiting for some one to take my order, at first thinking the mic was dead, but then someone actually asked me for my order! Drove up to the drive up window and waited another 5 minutes, people were passing me from the drive through like 5 cars from this stupid establishment.
