I've never had a truly negative experience until today which is why Chick-Fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants since I was a kid but this is by far the worst restaurant in the entire franchise. Did dine in and the service was unbelievably slow. The cashiers working the counter had 0 sense of urgency or desire to please "as is their slogan." Extremely poor work ethic and attitude. Additionally, at most Chick-Fil-As there is exceptional service where the food is brought directly to your table with a smile and a "my pleasure." Not here. Dine ins are forced to crowd next to the counter waiting for their order to be called. On top of that, when amy order finally was fulfilled it was missing the main entrees. When this was finally fixed and the sandwich was found it was very clear that the sandwich had been sitting on the heating rack for quite some time because all the lettuce and tomatoes were boiled with the heat making them in-edible and the chicken was dry. DO NOT STOP at this location if on a road trip. Just wait for either the Crestview or Marianna locations down the road.

The chicken was good; not super juicy but it wasn't "dry" either, the pieces were small so overcooking is tough to avoid, but the breading was good in terms of seasoning and it wasn't "all bread" and no chicken. Potato wedges were perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The coffee was very fresh and if you're into coffee you know what I mean. Not too strong and not too weak, just a good "morning" cup of joe. The dining room is clean as a whistle and the bathrooms are, too.
