So we have visited this location a few times and each time we assume they would be better. But not even close. Starting at the drive thru. The gentleman can't hear you and when you place and order he tries to predict what you want and doesn't even give you time to complete one item little lone the rest of your order. Everytime. You say I want a#5 he chimes in "with fries and Pepsi" before you even finish saying what you want. Then after repeating yourself 5 times he finally understands that one item you ordered. So after you go through this with every item you order you finally get to the window. And service is usually prompt. And it was tonight as well. But we get home and find they left out my wife's Mac n cheese. Which sucks but we understand it happens even though he read us back the order so we know he just simply forgot to bag it. But then my chicken strips were rubber. I normally don't complain or leave reviews but this location has done us wrong so many times. I just can't believe a place that is solely chicken can't even cook chicken strips correctly. It was super painful trying to order here. Ordered the pot pie and they have a giant sign saying you can upgrade to a large drink and extra side for a bit more. So I asked if a biscuit can be a side. First she said no, then she said yes. So I ordered that and a unsweetened ice tea. Then I ordered a popcorn chicken meal and paused while trying to decide a drink. I asked if they had milk. No. So then I asked for a diet drink. Then someone comes on the intercom and says that the pot pie doesn't come with a side. So now we are going back to that. As she's saying this, I'm looking at a very large sign saying it can. I tell her this. After all that, she wants to make sure she got my order right and reads it back with just the pot pie and a Pepsi for a drink and no popcorn chicken meal. I then remind her its an unsweetened ice tea and that I wanted a popcorn chicken. She then asks "just the chicken?" at this point I think asking anything else of her would lead to her brain exploding so I just say yes. I am now at home with a raspberryiced tea (nothing about it unsweetened) and my meal (at least the food is right I guess).
