I'm probably wasting my time reviewing such a place. I tried their new Spicy and Hot chicken wings. It was unsurprisingly mostly breading but it also seemed like it was reheated after a long time. Potato wedges are back! But they are not freshly fried and shatter in your mouth from how hard they are. Do you know usually I am not a fast food type guy but I'll tell you that KFC has a great buy on Tuesdays you get eight pieces for only $10. You can get any style of chicken. The eight pieces consist of four thighs and four legs so make sure you're a dark meat lover before ordering this economy bucket. I usually get extra crispy which has a little bit of spice, it tastes so good!! You can also get some sides for a couple dollars extra which is always a great idea. I love the bucket. It's approximately 3 foot bucket hanging from the ceiling, which also doubles as a chandelier pretty cool. Be polite and attentive. They do have a drive-through for those of you that do not want to leave the vehicle. Parking is usually not an issue. The restaurant seems as clean as a fast food restaurant can be. Got food from the drive thru window March 23, 2025 at night! The ladies who i interacted with were super nice and everything seemed great from the moment i pulled up to the speaker to the moment i arrived home from Picking up the food. I live 7 minutes away. A few minutes after getting home i went to go plate the food. Now when you have french fries in the container and you pour them out, Business As Usual (BAU) would tell you they should go everywhere. Well, not these fries on that cold and dreary night. I went to go pour them out of the plastic container they usually come in and they came out as one big stuck/together clump. I seperated them and figured "maybe the food preparer was just having a shitter, we all do sometimes" . Nope . Confirmed not a shitter . The fries were just as bad. Almost like a hard soggy. I haven't had KFC in years but had a craving. Ordered through ubereats and it was better than my expectations. Food came quickly and was still warm. Everything tasted pretty good and fresh. I was impressed with the pot pie, great flaky crust and the filling has so much chicken. The only thing I was bummed about was the wedges, I used to love them. I placed an order for pickup on Monday, October 23rd 2023 at 3:39pm. When I arrived I went to the drive thru, as no parking was available in the lot. The lady at the window refused to give me my food thru the window, telling me I had to park and come inside. This food was already paid for, and "drive-thru" was selected on my order, this was just sheer laziness. At this point I left the property without my food, and filed a refund request with KFC online, rather than deal with the exteme level of incompetence at thie location. Don't ever order online at night. Placed an order at 9:43pm. Went to store to pick up my order only to find main dinning area closed. Went to drive thru they tell me my order is for 10:40am the next day. I explain that I have already been charged for the food and show him the order on my phone. The manager says he can't do anything except cancel the order. I say fine cancel the order. Today 12/5 I see I was charged for the order. I check KFC.com to see about getting a refund and it says refund has to come from the restaurant. I go there and they claim they won't give me a refund even though I show them the order and the charge in my bank account. I came here tonight to get a #8 and a #12.. we come here every sunday as it is out "cheat day" and thoroughly look forward to it. We were asked if we wanted cheese and bacon on the #12 for an extra $0.99 and said yes, which we didnt recieve, we asked for a small order of mac and cheese and 2 chicken thighs as well on the side which we also didnt recieve but paid for. Our total came to $25 even. I find this rediculous because this is the FOURTH time this has happened. FOUR times we have come home and had half our order missing. I'm done. Some might say "why didnt you check the bag before you left?"... well I simply shouldn't have to... this is your job and I've worked in the fast food industry.
