No one should allow their Teens to work here and I'll tell you why, the managers get involved in teen drama and they allow crackheads into the establishment to shoot up needles in the bathroom. I worked here along time ago and glad I left because it's still the same shit hole it was and it's sad. They do not look out for all the young teens they hire they benefit off of your teenagers working here because they don't have to pay them overtime and they can work them as hard as they want while never lifting a finger. I'm not going to name the managers but mainly all of them honestly get involved with teenage drama and even pick fights with the teenagers. God forbid your teen is sick they have to find coverage or they are coming in and while that might be okay for other jobs, when it comes to food do you want your sick teenagers serving to the public ? They can care less about your child's well being or sanity . The store owner herself is honestly ridiculous . I've never met such grown immature adults. They purposely hire your teenagers just to benefit themselves because they know any adult wouldn't put up with the nonsense and the way they speak. God forbid your teen wants a better job and kindly puts in their two weeks these managers are immature and will guilt trip your teen. I've been through it and a lot of the other teens that left went through it. KFC is a place for a teenager to start off with not stay forever but these managers do not care and will convince your child that this is the best career for them. I've seen a lot of people get stuck here in its toxicity just be careful . As far as the cleanliness I wouldn't trust going and using the bathrooms like I said they allow crack heads in their while your teens are the ones cleaning the bathrooms . They don't even call the cops they just clean everything up nicely for the Fall River local addicts to continue using their restroom. I've also witnessed people leaning inside the establishment over tables and the managers not doing their jobs and getting them out. OK, genuinely when I say this, I'm trying to be nice. Fuck this place. We order through Uber eats and when I tell you this chicken with some of the driest and least flavorful chicken I've ever eaten. How the hell can you call yourself Kentucky Fried chicken and your chicken isn't even good. Food came out in 2 minutes. Great service. Food was amazing and hot. It was the best kfc I've ever had definitely recommend.

I just at KFC Nov 7, wow no more cashiers, large ordering touch screens. One of two Machines did not work, I order the bowl with mashed potatoes, corn and chicken. I don't do the whole Yelp thing, usually, as people kind of take their chances when ordering food delivery, especially nowadays. This restaurant has once again pissed me off, however. DoorDash delivery/order few times, and they never seem to be able to send all the order. (No, it wasn't DoorDash fault.) Perhaps I'm nuts for paying those extra fees (around $17-$18 for DoorDash, and $7 to the restaurant), but I really wanted fries and gravy. Seriously, they couldn't send even that. Missing dips (extra cost), gravy (sold as a 'side') around 2-3oz, entire popcorn chicken combo, entire spicy mac and cheese fill-up combo. I mean, come on?! "Side" of mac and cheese is AT MOST 2oz. That is maybe 4 bites. Chicken dry, difficult to chew/bite. Popcorn chicken inedible, hard pieces...I could have dipped it in sauce, but they didn't send that. Not because I didn't order it, but because they just didn't send it--after I'd paid for it. I didn't get to eat, 2 kids had to share one meal. BEWARE SENIORS (and everyone else): This place will charge you for items that they will not provide you with. I am writing on behalf of my mother who recently ordered from this place. She usually likes to go inside so that she can check to make sure that these kids didn't mess up her order but she was forced to go through the drive-thru. She didn't realize until she got home that they charged her for a chicken tenders meal but did not provide her with the large fries and 5 sauces as the receipt claimed. So, she basically spent nearly $12 for six small chicken tenders. Anytime this has happened at other restaurants, someone is there to answer the phone and immediately rectifies the situation. Both my mother and I called KFC and had to leave a message. No one returned our call. It's obvious KFC does not care about their customers. They overcharge for disgusting food and they hire managers who do not care about customer service. It's a bad look for KFC. read more

I was really looking forward to eating a big spoonful of this coleslaw until I found this long hair in it! Thankfully it was found in the first spoonful prior to me taking a bit of it. This really made me mad since it's been a while since I've eaten there and I was looking forward to enjoying my favorite coleslaw.
