Chick-fil-A is such a welcome addition to Fall River. We frequent this particular location since it's conveniently located. Food quality and service is standard for all Chick-fil-A locations. Oh my god. I can't believe I'm writing another review for this sack of crap. To date, the restaurant located at 700 William S Canning Blvd is my arch nemesis. It hurts me so much because I love chick fil a, but not this one. This chick fil a is like your ex boyfriend that you begged to go to therapy and get better, but they just don't. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order a French fry, half of the fries are missing. DO NOT BOTHER PAYING EXTRA FOR A LARGER SIZE!!!! They will still give you half of the amount they would put in a small container. Look at the evidence. This is a S C A M!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are also the worst when it comes to getting your money back or god forbid, the rest of your fries. Last night my fiancè and I visited this Chic Fil A. We were worried that we were late, as they closed at 10 PM and we arrived at 9:55. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a young man, Jakobe, who went above and beyond. His extreme patience for our indecisive and lengthy decision-making process was unexpected but impactful for us. He happily provided information that most drive through workers typically wouldn't have offered nearing closing time. To add to our unpreparedness, my fiancè only had a $100 bill to pay for our $25 meal. Jakobe's willingness was put on display by providing our change without hesitation or frustration. In a time of fast food workers providing minimal customer service, Jakobe shined. Jakobe has set a new expectation we were not anticipating. We're so grateful for this experience. I placed my order in the drive thr. I ordered the NEW Pretzel Chicken Club Meal and a 11 pc Nugget Meal with 1 vanilla shake and 1 coffee shake. I was charged $45 dollars and change. Right off the bat - I was told there was no bacon or tomato for the chicken club!! They gave me $2.00 discount. We got our food and as we are driving out of the parking lot - we realized that two Club meals were placed with two coffee shakes as well as the Nugget Meal. I then understood why the bill was $45.00. However, after further inspection of our meals - the pretzel clubs not only didn't get the bacon and tomatoes but they were served on a regular bun. So very disappointed in this visit. Do better !! You folks charge too much money to be screwing up orders like this. I must say that this location is great. The associate at the register was very friendly and helpful. Greeted us with a smile and took our order promptly. She explained all of our options. The food came out very quickly and we were on our way. Of course, fries never make it home, lol. Food was delicious. We will continue to go there. I don't understand all the negative reviews. THE worst chick fil a I have ever been to! i love chick fil a bit do not waste a cent here - the general manager should be fired because they have no idea how to run a drive through. you sit in the drive through for at least half an hour after ordering (which by the way you have to order before you can even see a menu so you better no what you want). you also NEVER get a nice or polite employee and when asking about a military discount they say you must be in your uniform because aparently a military ID doesn't work - so make sure you have your uniform ready to throw on! honestly I came back once after my food was completely raw from a breakfast trip and it was another mistake because the second trip I had to wait in the line after the food was brought to me for an additional 30 minutes for the people in front of me to get their food! Needless to say we ate the whole meal in the drive through. The ordering system makes no sense and needs some serious help!!
