Food: food tasted good. Couldn't say anything bad about it. Missed a little flavor. 7/10 Service: a girl named "Fran" served us. She was really nice and was really patient and helpful with us. 10/10 food also didn't take too long to make. Ambiance: music was a little lackluster. No one was there and it felt...empty. 4/10 Services: The main service was the bathroom. It sucked. Ofc, like any other public bathroom, it had bad toilet paper. WHY CAN'T THEY EVER HAVE GOOD TP?! Anyways, the bathroom was a mess with a roll and ripped up TP and paper towels scattered about. The toilet was greasy and made me gag being on it. This concerns the cashier, older lady with a big neck tattoo and the tall skinny 45 year old looking guy that have worked there awhile. They were complaining about the day to customers when we entered . Short story they jumbled the order for myself, wife and 2 kids. Told them it was incorrect (was supposed to be 4 piece tender meals NOT 4 piece mixed meals) and the lady started arguing letting me know I'm making it up not telling the truth. Told her no bluntly. We ordered multiple tender meals. The guy comes around the corner dropping "fuck this" bombs like a wild man. Says he doesn't like how we look and how we are looking at them ( I'm a 49 year old dude with my middle school kids haha). He drops more fuck bombs...I reminded him I'm in several times a week sometimes and he had waited on me before no problem....more fuck bombs. I say refund me we will leave..wife comes from table at this point. He says shut the fuck up to us. I'm like dude you escalated this and are dropping the bombs, no need to be dooshy. With gets me" a you ain't getting your fucking money back" from him. Then the very polite person who identified as one of the assistant managers comes to try to refund us. A very nice lady, food prep, from around back comes to apologize and I tell her she did nothing wrong but thank you and the guy is the problem. read more

Kfc in Grand Forks ND, is dirty, counter employee was extremely rude. He was pounding his fists on the counter, because we had a question about the menu. He proceeds to walk away saying Bye and waving his hand at us. New management and employees are needed. The place needs a through cleaning! read more

We called ahead to order two 16 piece meals for our family get together. They said we don't take orders over the phone. So I drove to the store where they said they didn't have enough chicken and that you usually have to call ahead for 16 piece orders. ( We tried ). Very disappointed. No corn in the potato bowls, chicken wasn't nuggets but diced tenders, and tasted tough and old. Very dissatisfied with the Mac and cheese, there was a dirty lake water after taste. Was not able to finish either dish. Can't even grade this as I can't give it a negative mark. Blech!!! I went there to get a chicken sandwich with just cheese and chicken. And a bun they drenched it with mayonnaise . I told them three times just with cheese no mayonnaise and still they put mayonnaise. This location does not have a buffet. It doesn't matter to me but thought I'd put that out there. The food is par for what you expect from KFC. I've been here several times and ordered different things with special requests and they've never messed up. I went at like 7:45ish and they were acting like they were closing which I thought was odd. The customer service isn't rude by any means but they seem to fluster easily. Will not eat at this KFC again. Girlfriend and her friend went thru the drivethru and ordered food. Brought it home and within 3 hrs. of eating the chicken the friend was throwing up in my driveway and at 2am my girlfriend was throwing up. The food was not the best, the lady at the counter was really rude to us, and the establishment was filthy. The bathroom floors were sticky and my girlfriend found a hair in her food. There weren't many people there, but we still had to wait about an hour for our food. I will not be coming here again and I don't recommend this place to anyone else. read more

I am very disappointed with the filthiness of this KFC. The floors and booths were filled with old left-over food and unclean tables.
