We asked for a manager and she had a rude tone and told us that they tried calling us because they had a rule of calling to confirm someone was home before taking it out for delivery. We had not received any calls and even confirmed that they had the correct number. Manager offered no reconciliation or apology for us, minutes after hanging up we received a text notification that our order was out for delivery. As I'm writing this we still don't have our order. UPDATE: our food was cold when we received it. Justin was the one who delivered it, and is also a manager, said he would credit us back a discount for the inconvenience and frustration.

They have a great dipping sauce for the chicken and I also recommend adding some honey packets as well.
