Had some delicious KFC a couple of months ago. Very good chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese. The biscuit was a little dry, but other than that, this was a great, catered work lunch. It came from the KFC just a few blocks away, so it was hot and fresh. No complaints here. I don't eat a lot of KFC, but it can sometimes be hit or miss. This was a hit! Hats off to KFC!! read more

Finally after a minute, maybe more someone came over to take our order. The came out prompt. It was delicious, hot and tasty. The Restaurant in the dining area was very clean. My parents and I decided to try out KFC, we went through the Drive thru and heard a voice tell us "Hi welcome, would you like to try a combo, etc etc... you may begin your order" we ask for what we want and nobody replies. About 2 minutes pass and still no confirmation that there is anyone listening, so I say "hello", a few more minutes go by and still no one got back to us, so now my dad says "hello, anyone there?". The worker finally turned on her microphone, and yelled "One moment" in a very rude manner. Mind you she hadn't said at any point, give me a minute I'm taking care of something else or anything of the sort, we're not rude people, we would've understood, but it was the way she yelled at us like we knew when we didn't because she never excused herself. KFC isn't always my first choice but, definitely a preference over Popeye's or Church's Chicken. Today, I was craving chicken... didn't feel like dining in or traveling to South Carolina to hit up my favorite chicken joint. Getting to the point.... I love coming to this KFC location. They may not be 100% spot on the food service all the time. But, 90% of the time, my order is exact and their customer service is good. I've dinned in at this location and must say the service is the same as what you can expect in the drive through. One downfall about visiting this location is the small parking lot, especially the drive through barricades or medians. I'm probably not the only one who has ran over the curb while making that left turn coming from the drive through window. LOL! read more

I don't eat here much but I love the Nashville Hot chicken strips with coleslaw or the hot wings and if the biscuits are fresh they're good too. The BBQ is the best sauce and for that reason they're usually out. Every time I go there's unhappy customers waiting to be served. The biggest con is that their macaroni and cheese has changed over the years. I took my best friends son and he wouldn't even swallow the first bite. DEFINITELY NOT KID APPROVED! This is an average KFC. Service was average nothing above and beyond or extraordinary nor did they do anything to deem as poor service. My chicken tenders were sub par. They were dry and probably sat for a few hours since it was late. I feel we purchased the "throwaways". The new cinnabon biscuits are actually pretty delicious. read more

What do you want? It's a KFC. I was hungry coming out of Walmart Neighborhood Market and since I hadn't had some grilled chicken from KFC and a long time I decided to stop over. I switched over to grilled chicken awhile ago trying to be a bit more healthier in my food options and really enjoyed theirs. Pulled into the drive thru and ordered a #10 which is a 3 piece combo with two sides, a biscuit and a medium drink. It's supposed to automatically come with mashed potatoes and gravy but I opted for a double order of green beans. Hey, get those veggies in when you can. Pulled around to the window and the employee told me that they were currently out of biscuits and asked if I wanted a cookie instead. I took the cookie knowing I'd give it away (and I did). My heart was set on a biscuit. Either way, service was good. When i got to my destination and opened the box, I got 2 wings and two thighs, mini-sized. Wow, really? Avoid this place like the plague. The service is slow and they lie through their teeth. When I ordered and pulled up to pay, I asked if my food was ready as I don't want to pay for slow service. The liar in the drive up said yes. I paid and waited another five minutes. When I FINALLY got my food I told him I asked if he heard me after he had said yes. He said he didn't hear me. What a liar. I will never ever ever go to this location again. My husband waited 50 minutes for an $11 order. A chicken pot pie and a famous bowl. Makes absolutely no sense. This was completely unacceptable. When my husband finally got his meal they didn't even apologize for the wait. Said absolutely nothing. Just handed him the food. What is that about? Just flat out unprofessional. So, I called the location and asked for a manager. I explained to he that was extremely disappointed with having to wait 50 minutes for my food. I told her it was unacceptable. The manager Meka couldn't have cared less. She never once apologized for the wait or the inconvenience. She had a sassy callus attitude. I asked for her full name because I intend to put a formal complaint in writing. She refused to give it to me. I reminded her that there is a schedule and when I contact the General manager and District Manager they will be able to figure out who was working. She got nasty with me on the phone then hung up. Wow, just wow. I can't believe people in the service industry could be that rude. It's ok though. I will make good on my written complaint. I will make it my business tomorrow to get in touch with both the GM and the DM. I am the VP of Operations for a large company. If I ever saw or heard about something like this going on in one of my offices that person would be suspended if not fired on the spot. This has been my families go to KFC for as long as I can remember. We usually love it and we've never had an issue in the past. The last 2x we've gone they've messed up our order. We're a family of 6 and last time they didn't give us the full 16 pieces in our chicken bucket. This time they messed up on our sides and gave us a coleslaw instead of the Mac n cheese we ordered. I grew up on KFC so when someone mentions chicken, this is what pops into my head. We were having a family gathering and big brother was supposed to bring the chicken. Due to a last minute family disagreement plans changed so now I had to go grab chicken. My brother in law went with me and helped guide me although the Yelp directions were doing just fine, lol. When we arrived we found a very small parking lot accompanied by a drive thru so it was a challenge to say the least getting in/out. We decided to order a couple of 16 piece bucket deals which come with 4 side orders each. I went with extra crispy and the good news was they didn't have enough so they cooked a fresh batch while I waited. I went with coleslaw, mac and cheese for sides and it also includes biscuits. Not a bad deal for about $32 In 4-5 minutes my order was ready and we were down the road. Just like I remembered, the chicken was great! read more

It's amazing to me just how horrible customer service can get and the lack of care behind it all. Every time I have been to this store nearly every employee has had a terrible attitude and the order is always missing something or has the wrong items in it. One evening I watched as the manager called out a customer for not wearing his mask, when I turned to look the managers mask was below his chin, and when the customer mentioned it he replied he was wearing his mask. Then tonight we decided to place the order online so that we could hopefully avoid dealing with the attitudes and just hope they get the order correct.... To much to ask for, our order was missing stuff and had given us the wrong drinks. We called and stated the problem and they put us on hold. After 20 minutes or so we heard someone remark in the background we were on the phone and some one responded I'm waiting for her, my wife, to hang up. At that point it we decided to wait..... 1 hour and 8 minutes later they answered. No one took any responsibility including the manager for our waiting on hold that long and the solution was to have us come and get the corrected order.... We had it delivered for a reason. When I asked for another solution the manager hung up and the store refused to answer the phone for the remainder of the evening. Unfortunately as much as I enjoy the food there I won't be returning. I just hope that corporate takes it seriously and addresses the deficiencies in management, customer service, and ability to complete orders with accuracy. read more

I am not happy in any way from my recent experience. I went through the drive thru towards the end of the night, went all the way home and noticed I was shorted food. This happens frequently at this particular location. Went back up there and no one answered the drive thru even though online it says closes at midnight. I call and a man who introduces himself as David answers, he assures me to come in the next day they'll fix it, no problem. We get off the phone and long and behold David is prank calling my phone harassing me looking for Seymour Butts at 11:31pm!!!...... I called back and he answered the phone and pretended like it was wackos strip club. The lack of professionalism I received was total garbage. All I wanted was what I paid for, after receiving that treatment and being harassed like I was, I want nothing fixed, I will never be coming to this slum again. Absolutely treacherous. read more

It was a long day paving the road beside this store and I was not disappointed with my after work meal. Charles was the gentleman that took my order. He had a great attitude, was on top of everything and apologized for a very minor wait that didn't bother me at all. The dining room was well-kept and clean.
