We decided to drive here today to get the lunch buffet. I had not been here in some time but I remembered they had a nice buffet. Sadly, the buffet is now behind the counter. You have to order the buffet and tell them what you want and then go back to the counter for seconds. It was going to take too long to wait on them to cook so we settled for the menu items. I have been to this KFC (drive through) twice in the last month and the friendly service was fast AND accurate both times. The buckets of chicken and sides were as good as one would expect if you like KFC like I do. I realize it's not gourmet and I don't expect it to be. But, if you DO like KFC, this location is definitely the place to get it. I'm glad I checked it out. I think you will be too. read more

5 stars seems high rating for fast food but it's for the service! We've been here several times for dinner buffet but currently after the Parade. The food is hot and the way the staff handled the huge rush , even with kids tonight was impressive. All were on point. Only suggestion- tip jar! read more

The only reason I'm giving one star is because that is the lowest option available. We have gone through this drive-through KFC more times than I can count. I can count on one hand how many times my order has been correct. Each of our transactions are in the area of $40-$50... You would think a franchise would want to keep customers, especially those who order large amount of food. Tonight was the absolute last straw... After ordering $40 of food, the food was handed through a window as soon as we drove up, no receipt and the window was closed right after I was handed my credit card. No receipt. To add insult to injury, it was pouring rain and I did not double check the food as I normally do because of the weather and people behind me. So of course, when I got home, we were missing items off of my order. When I called the store, I was put on hold and then hung up on... I called back again and got a very inexperienced manager on the phone who identified himself only as "Little". When asked if that was his name he said "that's what people call me". I felt as if I was in the twilight zone. Not only did he not offer to get the rest of my order ready for me to pick up... He was very nonchalant about the service. To the owner of the franchise, Shaun C.; Customer service is the life's blood of your business... from my experience, you are hemorrhaging out good & loyal customers! We will not be back! read more

As much as I'd love to rate this a star lower, the temperature of my food says otherwise. Being a little cheated out of my lunch hour, I swing by here thinking I can grab the same special every other KFC in the metro does on Mondays - $1.99 chicken fried steak dinner. I was informed they don't participate. Strike one. I grumbled in my head and placed my order anyway for a combo meal. Pulled around to pay and was asked to pull over (so they could prepare my meal). Before I left the window however, I asked for some honey mustard with my meal. A few minutes later I get my bag if succulent fried foods and head back to work.....only to discover later *no honey mustard*. Each time I've been to this KFC, I've become a little more disappointed. Again, the only saving grace is the hot food, which for fast food is pretty epic in itself. But it's not been the first time I've been cheated out of my wants and desires to satisfy my taste buds. Wow, What a disappointment. I'm not sure what my cashier was going through this evening but it must be rough. Service sucked, food was so incredibly geeereeeezzzy, and I was told where to sit, and that they were shutting everything down. Sign said open until 9, it was 7:45. When I said I wanted to dine in, I got the eye roll. Not sure if it's like this everyday, but I will not be back. Walked in with a great mood, left confused and let down. This place is the worst KFC I have ever been to. To begin with the chicken was 1% chicken99% fat and bread the potato's weren't that good either. I went through the drive thru and the employees didn't seem happy to be there. Over all I wouldn't go the this location again unless I absolutely had to. read more

KFC is something I have enjoyed since I was a kid. This location is the only location I will go to. It is always clean and the service is always great. I like this location especially because they have a buffet which not all KFCs have. read more

If you like paying good money for VERY SMALL pieces of chicken, then go ahead and waste your time and money at Church's Chicken in Owasso, Oklahoma. My husband and I went the KFC in Jenks for lunch today, ordered the buffet, the guy asked us what kind of chicken we wanted, we both told him we want two crispy wings apiece, he said he didn't have crispy wings, he had orginal wings and crispy breasts, it would be twenty minutes before the wings was ready so we got the breast and wings. We also wanted corn on the cob which they didn't have, it would be put out later. I got one small spoon of potato salad and okra and that's all. We both started eating the breast and it was so large we ate about half and couldn't eat any more, neither of us went back for seconds of anything, we each had half the breast left and the wing the waiter had given us so my husband asked for a box, the girl told us she couldn't give us a box because we had bought the buffet, my husband said but it's half eaten, she said I'm sorry but we can't give you a box. So I put the chicken all in my plate, covered it with a napkin and as we started to leave I told the guy behind the counter I was taking the chicken, it was what he gave us and I wanted him to know, he said I can't let you do that, I said but we paid for it, he said you ordered the buffet so I can't let you take it. After we went back and forth for several minutes, I'm sorry to say I got so upset I threw the chicken down on the counter. I could undertand if we had eaten five or six pieces of chicken but we had only ate part of one piece of chicken, We paid $16.00 and some change for our two meals, I think your policy is wrong and very unfair. We're both senior citizens and this has never happened to us anywhere before. My husband wasn't feeling good and never said anything except "we just won't come back". If I had drank five cups of pop and then right before I got ready to leave walked up and filled up my cup and walked out with it, you wouldn't have said a word. read more
