We go here frequently since there isn't much else to eat in the area. We have lived here for 10+ years, so this is based on many trips there. They have been consistently inconsistent with service, food selection and order accuracy. We have to check the order every time we drive through because something is almost always wrong. They frequently run out of product at the strangest times. We have had multiple occasions where the person at the mic was very rude. Maybe my standards are just too high since there is always a line around the building, but I am hoping for new choices in the area soon. read more

I have ordered from this KFC before through a delivery service and this by far has been my worst experience. I asked for a Kentucky grilled chicken breast in my box and it was extremely dry and COLD!!! the delivery only took 14 minutes and my friend's original recipe was Luke warm. The Mac & Cheese are the least objectionable of the bunch... the fries taste like fish, so they are just OK. I can't tell you how many times my order has been totally messed up here. When through the drive through. It was so slow. I was stuck there for 30 mins - no exaggeration. They shorted me two large sides of mashed potatoes. I didn't discover this fact until I got home. I called the manager on duty, Jose Enrique, who asked someone and was allegedly told that they did give me my full order. Jose then Started to argue with me about it. I couldn't believe it. They basically stole my money and then called me a liar. Finally when I asked for his supervisors information he agreed to refund my money if I came back to the store. Long wait line, even in drive thru (15+min). The recent $20 fill up meal gives you 2 mash but only one gravy. Doesn't make sense. The biscuits were cold and dry. Very disappointed with the quality of food. Update: After a few years, I gave this place another try. No redemption and definitely confirmed not only their slow service but rude service as well. Wait time: exactly 16minutes. The two cars in front of me waited and then had to eventually pull forward and park. When I pulled up to the window I told the guy the wait was too long and that unless they had my food ready to hand over, I wouldn't pay and would go elsewhere--I didn't want to wait anymore. Instead of being apologetic, he made excuses saying they were busy. I told him that his reviews on Yelp are horrible and confirms that their usual wait time, regardless if they are busy or not is still around 10-20min. His response was "and yet here you are". Went to this location last night to get the 2 pc leg and thigh fill up meal. I asked for the thigh to be substituted for a leg. They told me they were unable to substitute. I was very disappointed with KFC today. I used the KFC app to pick up at the drive through. I was picking up food for a small birthday party 15 minutes away. I ordered two 8 piece buckets of Extra Crispy Chicken, that came with 2 potatoes with gravy, 2 coleslaws, and biscuits. After I picked up my order and arrived at the party, I saw that instead of getting the Extra Crispy chicken, I was given Original Recipe. And to top it all off, the potatoes did not have any gravy on them, as it's pictured on their app, nor was I given a container of gravy. I would have driven back to KFC, but that would have meant that I would have to drive another 15 minutes to get there and then another 15 minutes to drive back to the party , one hour of driving for this meal if you count the time I went to pick up the order in the first place. And the food would have been cold by the time I would have come back with the gravy, and everyone was already very hungry. So we ate the food, but it was not what we were looking forward to. The dining room was very dirty. Several tables were available for sitting, but none of them had been cleaned since who knows when. The staff working there seemed very distracted and thus customers were not being paid the attention they deserved. The person who appeared to be the manager was having very loud conversations with other staff members, and spent more time joking with staff than concerning herself with the condition of the dining room and other matters. This place does not care about their customers, just got a 2 piece xtra crispy chicken breast meal, was up charged 80 cents which was fine then was given OLD chicken that had been obviously sitting around for hours!!!! We waited in the drive thru line for 20 min and then we finally made it to the window they told me they could not give my son a drumstick to replace the thigh because the owner said not to do that. This place isn't your typical KFC. It is one of those split restaurants with Long John Silvers. As a long time fan of KFC and LJS from my childhood of living in a small town with only those two fast food places to choose from. But this place seems to never stop surprising me. We have been coming here for 4 years. Customer service has always been bad and the food is either really good or just plain awful. Tonight was no exception after sitting in line for almost 15 minutes I started to place my order. 16 piece family meal and a L8 (3 piece chicken and 2 piece fish). I have always substituted a piece of chicken for a piece of fish. Today I was told they couldn't. What? Why? They recently raised the price by $2 and I can't get a substitution. So I asked to speak to the store manager. They said hang on. Some guy comes to the window and I ask are you the store manager, he says I am the assistant store manager. A long story short he said he would do it and I placed my order. I asked for the owners name and I am told it is Yolanda Michaels. I get home after 15 min and open my box to my surprise I had one chicken and two fish! ARE YOU SERIOUS! I call the store and speak to a manager that I can not understand. I ask to speak to the Asst. Store Manager and they tell me to call back in 30 minutes. I ask the person on the other end if they really want me to wait 30 minutes to resolve an issue with my food. He says something I cant understand. So I drive up there and some lady in plain clothes comes up to help me. I explain the situation and she says we can't do substitutions. I explain to her that he did and she says we don't and we won't. I will only give you two fish and the three chicken. I tell her that he has already done it but left food out. She said you can either take it, or I'll give you your money back. So I choose to get my money back. I asked her what her name was and she says Yolanda Michaels. I quickly reply with the owner? She says the manager. I let her know I was told she was the owner. She says I wear many hats. At this point I am done. I would not recommend the KFC/LONG JOHN SILVERS to my worst enemy! For starters the food is always horrible! I paid the location a visit in Little Elm, Tx store #J007001 on 11/04/2014 I ordered a $30 family meal I told the worker I wanted it cooked fresh so I was told it would take 10 min to get fresh wings , after waiting I get home to find I had old burnt wings they threw back in the grease. I return to the establishment & expressed how unhappy I was with the order that I received. What I got was a very rude & aggressive female pointing a finger in my face & trying to jump over the counter to fight me meanwhile other employees holding her back like she was going to hurt me. The store manager Edgar Gonzales then came to the counter looked at the burnt wings told me they where fresh & said he did not care what I was talking about, while he said nothing to his out of control employee. I told the manager I wanted my money back & the manager said I needed to bring the meal back, so after returning home again to retrieve the meal I return with my wife upon doing so the same outrageous female jumped on the counter again & hit my wife therefore a fight insued. The police were called the employees told the police that no tape could be reviewed because where the fight happen, the employees wanted to say there was not a camera angle over there. The place looked like a teenage hang out everyone in there were all running on the crazy chicks side like she was some bad azz totally ridiculous this place.
