This location rarely provides receipts, but I have bank screenshots showing the consistent charge. I attempted to call multiple times over several days with no answer. When I returned to resolve the issue, the manager refused to speak with me and sent an employee instead. I was denied a refund due to not having a receipt, despite showing proof of my purchase history. I've been a loyal, regular customer for months, so the lack of customer service was very disappointing.
