The Yelp rating at this location had me nervous but I decided to keep an open mind. You have to order on the app or online to get the BOGO deal. So I placed our order on the app. 3 young guys were working. They were polite. The inside was clean. They made our sandwiches and I was surprised. It was really good. Hubby thought so too. She was going to charge me for three piece which was more expensive than getting just a two-piece snack and a extra piece she has started to get my two piece but what she did was put my thigh in one bag and what I thought was two legs and a biscuit, soon as I got out the store I reached and got the leg out and when I reached to get the second leg it wasn't there I was already driving home and when I turned back around and came to the store and informed her that she didn't put my second leg in the bag she stood in front of other customers and was arguing with me that she did put the leg in there and embarrass me in front of the customers that was standing there. Me noticing the cameras I went to the customer service desk and ask the customer service representative if she could please look at the cameras because the lady in the deli said that she had put two legs in the bag and I know that she didn't and I needed her to look at the camera so she will know that I wasn't lying, when the service representative call the manager over and I told the manager the manager said I don't need to look at the camera I'll just go get you the other leg. I informed the manager that the lady behind the counter was arguing with me and embarrassed me in front of other customers and I didn't want them to think I was just standing there trying to get an extra piece of chicken for nothing the only thing I wanted was what I paid for thank God the manager was like no I'll just go get it for you and that's all we need to do it's no big deal.
