I have to share how impressed I am with the service I just received at this location! Jose and the rest of the staff were on point with their attention to detail, coordination and communication. I had a very large order with about 7 meals and 6 different drinks during the lunch rush hour and they did not miss a single thing. Down to the number of straws and sauces. Everytime we order a large family meal of GRILLED chicken to be delivered to our home, DOORDASH drivers ALWAYS cancel our order AFTER waiting for 30-minutes waiting for the grilled chicken to be made. Then the Doordash driver calls us and tells us the people at this KFC tell them it's gonna take ANOTHER 20 minutes of wait time for the grilled chicken to be ready. That's 50- minute wait time and then the Doordash driver tells us he doesn't want to wait and then then the delivery person just cancels our big order. ALSO, when we called this location to ask if they have enought GRILLED CHICKEN, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE FROM THIS KFC STORE!!! KFC needs to be more prepared with grilled chicken and not everyone eats original fried chicken!!! read more

This location is right by my house and my family loves it. It's clean, recently remodeled and even includes a nice family round table to be enjoyed by larger groups. It almost has a feel of a family restaurant on Sundays and there's usually barely any wait time. The food is on point and the staff are good--could do with more enthusiasm but ‍ . We just went last Sunday and ordered an 8 piece bucket with three large sides (and obviously biscuits) and spent about $21- bargain! We even had enough to take home and get another meal out of it. Our favorite side is their coleslaw but this last time we also tried the Max and cheese and it was good. I look forward to trying their new Cinnabon's for dessert P.s. they have their own parking lot so that's a plus. Weekdays during lunch time the drivethru could be packed so you might want to go in instead. read more

The service has been fast each time we have gone to the drive through and our 8 piece meal had 3 sides instead of just two however the chicken was a little too well done and almost burnt with this order. This KFC location is an insult to the KFC brand! They never have a full menu, If that's the case Take It Off the Menu. I ordered a 12 pc bucket meal and they ran out of thighs and breast. Then another time they had no chicken sandwiches. Last night, against my better judgement, I went to get chicken wings. The cashier told me they had no chicken wings because the cook didn't come to work yet. Then who was cooking the other chicken?? She said they had original and extra crispy chicken. When I get home NO extra crispy chicken just extra cooked...very Dry, Hard, Flavorless chicken!!! I live around the area and I have always had issues with this KFC I have spoken to the regional Manager and even indicated to him I rather travel More than come here because they never have what I want ready, they run out of the items or point blank they are out of the item I order. I haven't come here in such a long time precisely because of the bad experiences but today I gave it one more chance and it was not worth it. I will upload the six breast chicken and two wings they gave me as part of the 8 piece icky I ordered because they had nothing but Breast. I'm not really into KFC that much. I'm more of a Popeye's guy. But my brother brought me here to eat and I couldn't say no. Normally, I wouldn't even waste my time reviewing a fast food place, but as most of you know, not all of them are the same. The food was as good as a KFC can get, with everything fresh and hot. That, along with the prices, merits this place 2.5-3 stars. But what I was really impressed with was the management. It was early in the afternoon so there were certain parts of the chicken that weren't made yet (ei. thighs) so some people decided to wait. For the inconvinience, the manager was giving each person that was waiting an extra side or drink or whatever they wanted. I was extremely impressed to see this from a fast food establishment. most of the time you can't even get service like this at a real restaurant. Now that's hospitality. read more

So I've had 2 bad experiemces. 1st the order was done incorrectly and we didn't realize until we got home...the other visit was far worst. We ordered a 2 go cup popcorn chicken for our 3 year old and I had a chicken bowl meal...well there were various pieces of chicken that tasted old and bad. And when I say bad I don't mean just the taste but it was already rotten...I know the taste of bad meat when I taste it and it was bad and when I tasted my 3 year Olds chicken which is the same chicken they use in the bowls some of his tasted bad also. I don't know if it was the last chicken of the day as it was 10pm on a weekday but nonetheless it was gross. I have tried to call the restaurant and advise the manager but they don't answer the phone. My advice if you eat there and it's late ask for the chicken to be made fresh..it's worth the extra 5 minute wait . I will try to speak to a manager but I don't see it happening. read more

This location is terrible! I stopped buying from this location since I got some awful looking chicken a couple of years ago, now I only go if my daughter asks me to pick something up on the way home. So today I stopped by to pick up a large order of mashed potatoes, $3.79 on the menu. I attempted to pay with a Visa that has my Costco membership on the back and was immediately told they do not accept the Costco card. I told them it was a regular Visa card that happens to have my Costco membership number on the back, I user it everywhere, all the time. No go. So I give them another card, this time a Master Card, they swipe it and tell me this one doesn't not work! When I give them my debit card it miraculously works, it's clear to me they only accept cash or debit cards, regular credit cards are not accepted. To top it all off I look at the receipt as I drive away and see that they charged me $3.99 instead of the price on the menu! Never again will I be back and neither should anyone else. read more
