Went to this one cause the one closest to me isn't doing cash at the counter for now. I walk in and no one acknowledged me. After a minute or so, she walked up. I dont come to this one much, but within the last maybe 6 months...no receipts are ever available. I get the food and ask for some butter. Went home and found the butter I asked for was all I got. Well I've been here a few times, and the service has always been good. Today in particular I decided to place a really large order. That was A huge mistake. What I don't understand is, it's Saturday night and you would think that this joint would have chicken for days. well they do but it's not cooked, so the wait time is ridiculously long I'm going on about 30 minutes now, and I'm hungry. On the flipside the manager was very apologetic and I had ordered a chicken little to hold me off while dinner is ready. To my surprise he, threw in the chicken little plus a free small Coke, it wasn't much but it sure did help. I was taken back, that has never happened before, especially at this location. Finally got my meal, went back to work. When I checked the chicken was all greasy with the skin falling apart and there were no breast. Worst KFC I've ever been to. They were out of soap in the bathroom. I notified them and 30 min later there is still no soap in the men's room. Makes me wonder if they even washed their hands before they made my significantly over cooked food. The forks were lose in a container that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in the better part of 6 months, it was sticky and it had trash floating in it. When I asked for a different fork I was told why they would be the same in the back. I pointed to all the gunk that was in the container and said they were dirty and they said yes just as dirty back there I told them to find me a clean fork and that it's a health code violation to provide eating utensils from a dirty container. I then asked for honey for my biscuit and was told they were out... how do you not tell people that before they order a biscuit. I have been to this KFC several times but after yesterday I will definitely not be back. I called at 4:10 pm to make sure I could get potpies at 5:00 and the young man on the phone assured me it was no problem. I did tell him when I would be there and that I needed 4. I get there shortly before 5 and am told we only have one, they didn't even offer to cook me any. The young woman at the register (drive up) proceeded to tell me they don't take phone orders, and how sorry she was. I was just trying to give them a heads up because on 3 other occasions they had none. Their customer service sucks to say the least. I went to the store on Archibald and the young told me there would be a wait but he would be more than happy to cook them for me, I waited. Now I know what KFC I won't be going to. read more

While consuming my food, my chicken pot pie had a large, jagged leg bone piece inside the pie, as large as my friend's thumb extended in length. I nearly choked on this bone and became very nauseated because of this. I asked to speak with a manager and Maria, the Shift (or assistant) Manager merely said, "I'm sorry... I will make sure this gets addressed by our people..." No real concern other than attempting to pacify me. I asked to speak to the General Manager, (Martha) and then stated, "I'm sorry she cannot come right now, she is in the middle of doing things in the office." I said, "I want to speak with her now or I will begin screaming... What is more important than a near-death experience in her restaurant"... Martha was brought out, she asked me, "what do you want me to do about it? Do you want a refund?" I said no, it wasn't about a refund, it was about me nearly choking to death on a large jagged bone found in her pot pie. She gave me a phone number for Ivette which I have not called as of yet. You don't realize just how terrible such an awful ordeal as this can be unless you experience it. I don't think I will get anywhere unless I take this to my lawyer.
