Should've gone to a different kfc, but i was closer to this one than the one near me. The chicken and soda were good...wanted crispy and got original, but they could've been out, which happens. Got mac&cheese cause they no longer have green beans (been a couple yrs since i've been to this location, maybe i forgot they were taken off their menu?). Mac&cheese was a bit burnt. The biscuit was very hard. Putting it in the microwave worked for about a min, then it went back to being hard again. Asked for butter from the guy who gave me my order. He suggested honey also. I said ok. Got home and had 8 honey and no butter (could've run out of that too, which can also happen). Now i remember part of why i don't come to this kfc location anymore. This place's problem lies in that it has very options, when i went not only was none of the Taco Bell menu available, but half the KFC menu. Wow this is the most nastiest place I have ever been to when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately all of their staff at night that I encountered was absolutely horrible all coming to the window screaming at me while I'm trying to order food and make it clear they need better customer service skills... The manager was the one that took me by surprise the most.. she is definitely not a leader and definitely a follower. I hate to leave bad reviews but this please just doesn't really care about customer service, I hope the corporate office or franchise owner gets to read this sometime, obviously they don't care about their reviews. I work in the surrounding area of the Ontario Mills mall, I had a guy go get lunch and sent me a picture of the menu (attached) I saw their 5pc chicken tenders which are showed to include mash potatoes and coleslaw in the picture. Once I receive my order there was no mashed potatoes nor coleslaw in the order. I contacted the restaurant thinking it could've been a mixup or whatever. The person on the phone said, it might've been my mistake, and that I order the wrong meal. I showed up to the restaurant thinking I can just exchange the food or add whatever was missing I asked for the manager who pretty much said "that's the way it is" I asked about corporate number they denied the info and they said they can only give us the store number because this is a franchise and they can't do anything about it. Long story short I was not asking for any handouts nor free food I just wanted what was advertised and what I paid for. I should have read the reviews before I wasted my time coming here. Ordered a Mac and cheese bowl. The girl that took my order was professional. The kid working the window is a complete jerk. Handed me my food which was just thrown in a bag, fries were no longer in their container, instead they were all over the bag. He then handed me my drink, I checked the bag and there was no straw, he also didn't give me one. Had to wait for him to open the window again and ask for a straw, which clearly annoyed him. I then asked for KFC sauce and he tried to charge me, I told him to forget about it and drove off. Maybe i don't eat at KFC enough but I've never been charged for a sauce. I'm not sure if they really do charge or if he was just being an A-hole. Either way, I'll Never come back here. The Mac and cheese was cold, the chicken did not taste fresh nor did the fries. Well I decided to try going back. Can't say it's gotten better but I can definitely say it's worse. I went at 1:40 pm, the drive thru line was really long so we decided to go in. When we got in there was a guy in front of us and they were taking his order. As soon as they finished taking his order they walked away like we weren't even standing there. They didn't come back for 8 minutes. This whole time other employees were walking back and forth NO ONE STOPPED TO SAY SOMEONE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU OR ANYTHING ELSE. I said excuse me and the manager actually turned his back to me. Finally the manager came to take our order and just seemed like we were an inconvenience, it was incredibly rude. My bf wanted their wings though and he didn't wanna leave so we stayed and waited. Overall it took 30 minutes to get our food. When the girl came to bring it to us, I asked if it would just be faster to use the drive through next time. She rolled her eyes, said i don't know then just asked what sauce we wanted. It was rude. Onto the food..... the only edible part was the Taco Bell food. The wings were over cooked and bland, they only put sauce on half the wings and they didn't even bring our drinks we had to ask for them. I will not be going back. This location is disgusting. First of all, there was a huge puddle of water right in front of the register and instead of cleaning it up, they just placed a "wet floor" sign over it. The floor hasn't been swept in who knows how long. The tables were sticky and full of crumbs. The trash cans were overflowing and we couldn't even throw our food away, so we had to just set it on top. There were several trays stacked on top as well. Horribly operated... I ordered almost $40 worth of food (a bucket and 3 sides) through the drive thru. By the time I got home I realized they messed up my order and didn't give my ANY of my sides and I got no receipt. I had to drive all the way back to retrieve my receipt and my food which I had paid for. They gave me my sides and once I was home once again , they didn't give me my gravy for my potatoes which I had asked for and was on the receipt.
