I was outside my job waiting for the doordash worker but he never came and claimed he delivered through his end. This place is a hot ass mess. I placed an order on 5/18 around 7:20pm with an estimated ready time around 7:40-7:50pm. I showed up around 7:45 and was given my order, which I then realized was missing the 10pc of lemon pepper wings. I sat down while he continued to take orders and it did take almost 18min. for my order but at least they were fresh and hot. But we have been here a few times now and at 1st we were super scared but we almost always dined in and not sure if that helps our experience or not. I got there and was roughly 15 minutes behind schedule, but I was patient. I was given my food, and she didn't verify my receipt; she just gave me my bag and let me leave. I came home with 10 wings less than my order, so I am 15 dollars out. And when I tried to contact them via phone call, all of a sudden, they were no longer answering their phones using multiple different phone numbers, and they were hanging up on me on top of that. They're just letting it ring and ignoring their phones. So, if you appreciate your hard-earned money, do not spend it here. They'll end up scamming you. I went in 7 mins late on estimated ready time. As they were preparing my order, a worker was sneezing into his shirt and elbow about 4 times. I called to this location today, and was told they can't take orders over $20. The Yelp Question ask what could be improved, I'm saying everything. When my family and I first came in, we encountered the first problem. The host Edgar was incredibly rude, answered very monotone as if he hates his job, I asked if it was possible to get a combo without a drink, Edgar answered in a condescending tone with the answer no, I am almost certain it is very true that it's possible to get a combo without a drink. On to the next problem, no straws or ice. You would think when Edgar goes to refill his water bottle and pushes for ice and notices there's no ice he would refill it. Nope. Your restaurant has a graded A, show it. On top of that, order took a very long time. I get it, there was only two workers it could be a lot. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice a lack of gloves being worn by the employees. Who is to say the food I was eating wasn't touched by the employees skin? Im not sure if this is a said rule or guideline for Wingstop or this Wingstop in general, but it seems pretty unsanitary. After we received our food, ready to eat, we notice majority of problems. I can 100% recollect not ordering parmesan fries. What do I receive? Parmesan fries.
