And during the call I thanked Hector for the great job he did with and he said, "We just want to make sure you get the food how you like it." And he DIDN'T even fish for a tip (like some do) by asking, "Do you wanna leave a tip?" And I thought about it and the next day when Hector called me back because he needed the code to my credit card, I tipped him for his great service and spoke with his manager and let her know what a great job he did with me over the phone.
