Came here for dinner after driving from philly. Pizza great, cheese steak was good... bread was a little different then I am used too but still good. Mozzarella sticks are great. WHY do they always get the order WRONG? $42.00 for a large pizza & 12 wings SO it should BE what you ordered! Pizza was very dry with a hard crunchy crust. We ordered mild wings and they gave us barbecued very DRY wings NO Bleu cheese and NO celery. Never again. read more

I phoned in an order for the next day and spoke with Hector. who gave me great customer service... Hector listened to me tell him that I like thin pizza and that sometimes OIP wings - - although usually great - - are sometimes dry, and he let me know that he could ensure that the wings weren't dry by dipping them in the sauce again after they were grilled. And during the call I thanked Hector for the great job he did with and he said, "We just want to make sure you get the food how you like it." And he DIDN'T even fish for a tip (like some do) by asking, "Do you wanna leave a tip?" And I thought about it and the next day when Hector called me back because he needed the code to my credit card, I tipped him for his great service and spoke with his manager and let her know what a great job he did with me over the phone. No question excellent food. For 3+ years they've been the most consistent, and reliable place in the Corning area for us. Is the service over the top friendly? Not always, but so? Stopped by here a few times for lunch and once for dinner, if this was the only place to get pizza, I would choose to go during the day rather then for dinner. It's nothing special. The pizza is decent and they have a lunch special for 2 slices and a soda, which makes it enticing for lunchtime. I would not recommend getting peppers and onions on your pizza unless you like canned peppers and large sliced onions. Maybe it's me, I'm used to the diced peppers and onions and it seems nowhere around here does that?!?! So, we ordered food for dinner one night and when we went to pick it up there were two young girls at the register. One was barely paying attention and burnt the calzone that was on the grill and still boxed it, I thought I really hope that's not mine (it wasn't but mine wasn't any better). They were very gossipy and didn't really seem too customer oriented, they ignored us when we first got there. It was rough. When we finally brought the food home, my Stromboli was just not that good. It was huge and that was great but it was so greasy and the bottom was so burnt it wasn't even worth trying to eat a lot of it. Received a menu from this joint, and in this rag it stated that they had gluten free pizza. So, the other day I decided I'd check it out. I go in, and was asked if I could be helped. So I asked if they still made the gluten free pizza, and this guys demeanor quickly changed! Not only that, but the girl behind the counter shot me a look that was beyond rude. If looks could kill I'd be dead and blown into the next galaxy. The guy rudely raised his voice and said "no! We don't serve that!" At which I said, "I got a menu a year or two back that said you did..." and this guy, yet again raised his voice, "we've never served gluten free!!!" So, since people with gluten allergies are now apparently lepers, I turned and went to Aniellios, where they do serve for my kind, and are polite. read more

I was over charged and the manager was beyond rude to me. Yelling at me even. I don't know who owns this place but they need to find somebody who knows how to run a restaurant properly!! We've been getting our pizzas from this OIP for years whenever we've had a church event that called for pizzas (and many church events do!). We've had no problems at all, the pizza has always been delivered on, or close to the designated time, and everyone's been helpful and friendly. Wouldn't honor a coupon that was on their website, saying it was over five years old. I suggested that they take it off their website. They did not take responsibility. We had one of our vendors come in to town to buy our entire plant lunch for the holiday. We chose OIP and ordered 8 sheet pizzas the day before to be delivered. They asked if we needed paper plates when we placed the order and we said yes. They sent little dessert size paper plates and charged the vendor's credit card $5.00 for them and a delivery charge!! We are very near to this store also! For what we paid for 8 sheet pizzas, they couldn't afford to throw in some paper plates, really??? Our company and employees regularly do business with OIP and I think that charging extra for little plates was pretty crappy. The service leaves a lot to be desired at this location and the food is not consistently good either. read more

I use to really like this place until they decided to overcharge me 15 dollars and when I called back the man talked over me saying we didn't have any coupons. Keep in mind when I called I asked if they had any specials. After he got really rude I decided to call a different location and get the managers number. After several voicemails I still haven't got a call back. So they don't have to worry about my 100.00 dollar orders no more! read more

Good food but the horrible service makes it not worth your time or money. I ordered my food and paid, then while I waited for my pizza slices, one of the employees came up and ate a slice then I was told I would have to pick something else because there were not enough slices left. I told the cashier there was enough slices when I ordered it and that I watched an employee come eat a slice (and didn't wear any gloves as he grabbed the slice from the viewing station) and the cashier told me I was wrong. And the "manager told me too bad and i would have to wait or choose something else. I will never spend another cent in that lying thieves joke of a pizza shop. read more

I take that back since I have only been back there four times in the last six months it has gone way way down in quality... the meatball sub's each time have gotten worse and worse....really dry and hardly any sauce.... the floors in there are really disgusting dirty and the whole inside is one big grease pit with yucky sticky tables!!! not going again too bad.. read more

Home of the original chargrilled wings, it's what they advertise, and its what I go there for. I've never had bad service. The waitstaff is generally busy taking/making orders, but they aren't rude or invasive, just busy; but it's not a restaurant that you take to celebrate the big day, it's the one that you go to, to get wings for the big game! The food was ice cold and delivered an hour late. The garlic knots were burnt black. The cheese steak was dry and tasteless. The dessert was obviously dropped and broken all over the container. The week before this same order was very good. This is the third time however the food was bad. Just plain bad. I believe the owner doesn't care as they hire rude and indifferent staff. I gave this place two stars because the quality of the food is good. However my personal experience with the service leaves much to be desired. I placed my order for a couple pieces of pizza. They told me they would bring it out to me. After 20 minutes, in which I saw a gentleman that came in 10 minutes after me get the exact thing I had ordered right away, I went up to complain. It was another 10 minutes before my pizza was brought out. The staff was not very polite about it either. So if you want to order and pick up the food is great, but don't try to actually eat there. read more

So I love their food. But service is horrible. They forget something every time. 3 different times I ask for bread witch is included with their salad forgot every time. My recent order I got 3 cheesecake, forgot to bring 1 of them. And they said they'd run it back out. I said no it's ok next time I order. So today when I called I forgot about to 2x in orders I did. I remembered today. I wanted my free cheesecake with 2 more & a salad I'd pay $18.50. The sweet girl that only works called back said Alejandra don't remember it. So I don't get free $4 cheesecake who Hell! lies about a $4 cheesecake slice. I order from there 2 to 3 times a week. They are ridiculously rude sometimes never the American employees.. I think cause their Italian, Spanish they think they can be! People should have more gratitude to people like me who keep them open. I can tell the employees hate working there. I think the bosses are probably pretty rude an demanding. I don't see them as understanding owners. In small towns place like this get away with to much rude behavior. I recommend the future they make sure they write down what they someone who was kind enough to use their business. Instead the 20 other places that sell in our Area. Horrible service and rude employees! Don't wasted your time going there. Went to lunch with work friends and three got their food and one didn't. Had to wait to get the sub and everyone one else was done with their food. Tried to talk to the "manager" about it and some old guy started yelling about how hard it is to find good help and nothing is free in this life, I asked for the ranch dressing that was ordered with the sub. The food is really good here and it's not very expensive either. You can choose from a decent array of pizza types that are behind the counter or you can order something up special from the menu. The white garlic vegetarian pizza is amazing as is the white garlic 3 cheese pizza. I love this place and the workers treat you like family. It gets busy during the lunch hour sometimes but you could just get take out if that is the case. read more
