Operations were ordered stopped until violations were corrected. The restaurant did not meet the requirements for a follow-up inspection on April 23 but met expectations during an additional follow-up visit on April 24. Dead roaches on premises. Observed four dead roaches in pooling oil under fryers. Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Hand washing leaking from wall by back door. Worn, torn and/or soiled floors/carpeting. Floor worn out and peeling in front of reach-in coolers. Floor under fryers soiled with pooling oil. Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed eight live roaches in the following locations: Two on floor under reach-in freezers by storage hallway, four on floor in employee restroom marked 'out of order' by reach-in cooler and freezers by storage hallway, one on wall behind three-compartment sink, and one under three-compartment sink on grease trap.

The worker also claimed that she had cancer and was using the herb for medicinal reasons. As paying customers, we have every right to a refund and yet this woman initially denied me one, claiming that they "didn't do" refunds. To make matters worse, she took my card to the back of the restaurant instead of returning it to me, which I did not appreciate at all, as I have no way of knowing whether she took a quick snapshot or not. Magically, she could suddenly do refunds when I threatened to call police. She also mentioned that she would make up some fabrication to the police and accuse us of trespassing when, in actuality, we were simply trying to order. As far as the cancer claim, due to her willingness to lie about not being able to give me a refund and about us "trespassing", I am not fully convinced that this woman is not just another pothead lying to justify her addiction.
